I ordered the bunny for my daughters baby shower to go with a special book. The bunny looks like a bear with long ears. They did refund part of the purchase price which I appreciated.

I was disappointed when I looked at the name embroidered on the ear of the bunny. They completely sewed right through the ear so that the writing is backwards on the back side of the ear. The least you could have done is embroider first and then put the ear together. Not what I was expecting at all. They are not as soft and plushy as I was expecting. Just disappointed in the quality.

I am disappointed in the personalized stitching. It appears through the entire bunny ear, which means it is the negative side on the outside of the ear.

Smaller than I thought it would be. Have to twist ear in order to read name. I feel item is overpriced for what you receive.

Bunny was larger than I thought it would be and very soft, Ears flop so you can't see engraving.

It’s cute and all but don’t know how it will hold up with a child. It’s not playable material. Will have to watch toddler because of the eyes and nose that could come off.

The rabbit is soft and adorable, but the embroidery back is on the back of the ear! It should be on the inside!! Looks tacky!!

The bunny is cute. Good quality and the size is perfect. The embroidery is very tacky. The embroidery is stitched through both sides of the ear so you can see the messy part of the stitching on the part of the ear people see the most instead of hiding the messy strings by embroidering on one part of the ear and then assembling the ear to hide the messy strings between the front and back ear pieces. Cute bunny,I would never have it personalized again because it cheapens the look by how it’s done.

A little disappointed because the stitching shows up on the outside of the bunny’s ear. Also, I thought the bunny was pink, not brown,

Disappointed. The fur was covering the eyes & nose, the head seems oddly shaped, maybe less stuffed, the ears don’t look like the picture, they fall flat, and the name goes through to the back of the ear so backwards when it’s flopped down. Very soft, but wouldn’t buy it again.

She did not have a mouth, but her brother did. Since my grandaughter is only 3 1/2 I don’t think she will mind. Very soft! ??

The bunny is very cute and a nice size, however, the back of the ear shows the reverse of the personalized name. Not at all attractive. Perhaps they should have stitched the name on the blue cloth before they attached the cloth to the fur so the backwards name didn't show on the fur. Tacky!

I ordered this for my grandson and was very disappointed in the embroidery. The name on the ear is embroidered on both sides rather than just on the front. It ruins the whole look.

I purchased the pink bunny rabbit for my 90+-year-old mother for Easter. And when she received it and I saw for the first time, I thought it was a nice size stuffed animal and it was very soft but I did not like the personalization of her name on it's ear. The right side looks fine but when you turn the ear over the stitching on the back looked very cheap and messy. I was very unhappy with that part.

This is adorable and soft and cuddly, but because the personalization goes all the way through the ear, the back of the ear has the name stitched sort of backward and inside out, and it really detracts from the quality and cuteness of the product. Would not get this again.

Slower shipping than usual. From the time I got the email it shipped, it took 6 business days to arrive and it was shipped in Illinois, where I live. The bunny itself is great! Soft, plush, cute! They don't mention that the embroidered name can be seen on the backside of the ear. I think I would have ordered something different had I known that.

The bunny itself is cute, however, like some reviewers mentioned, the way the ear flops, the back of the embroidered name is what shows...and it does not look very nice. At least the one I ordered didn't. I reluctantly still gave this as a gift, but I wont be ordering another.

received my shipment of the 2 bunnies that I ordered, again the delivery was prompt. The stitching on the ears are through both front and back so it reads backwards on the other side which is very noticeable I am seeing a lot of complaints about the same thing so hoping this will prompt the company to make changes on this item to make it look better. Again the children will not care but it is not them paying for the item.

I have always loved everything I buy at PMall and this is the first time I am disappointed. My daughter has 6 letters in her name. The final 2 letters are in the fold of the ear and not visible. Also the ear does not sit open like in the photo. The ear flops and so the name is is only visible if you hold the ear open. I also hoped the bunny would be softer.

The name was placed as shown in the picture but the ear wouldn't stay back like shown. Also the name I chose was to long and ended very close to head.

The bunny itself it's fine- medium sized, soft- but the embroidery on the ear goes all the way through the ear. So on the back of the ear, you see the mirror image of the name- looks cheap. Should have been embroidered on the pink felt ear fabric then seen to the fur so you wouldn't see the back of the embroidery. Wanted it to look pottery barn quality and this looks more like I did it at home

These bunnies are cute and soft and cuddly, everything I'd expect them to be, except that I was a little disappointed that the embroidery goes through the entire ear and the name is written backwards on the other side. They are a nice size, plenty for a child to hold onto, and the children loved them. I was just not expecting the embroidery the way it came.

I was very excited to get this bunny for my granddaughter for Easter. When I received it I was very disappointed for 2 reasons. 1. The embroidery shows through reversed on the bunny's ear. It's clear this was not taken apart as it should have been, the name added on the pink material and then sewn back together. Nowhere on the site did it state the name would show through so this was very disappointing. 2. The ears don't stand up/out like pictured. They flop down and you can see the back, which has the ugly reverse of her name. I have purchased items from you before and this was NOT up to your standards whatsoever.

I was disappointed when I received the bunny with my granddaughters name on it. The look and feel was great but the ears do not stand up like the picture shows. The only way to see the name is to hold the ear up. There should be a wire or something in the ears so you can shape them and display them.

I like this bunny. It's cute and it appears to be of good quality. However, I am a little disappointed. The ears seem to be sewn on backward (or upside down.) I have to manipulate the ears to hang so that the embroidered name shows.

The bunny was a little small, but seems like a good size for a baby. It’s soft and nice to have the engraved name although the ears seems to be sewn wrong and won’t stay put to be able to see the engraved name.

I have made many purchases from Personalization Mall throughout the years and this is my first disappointment. This was an Easter gift and I am not happy to give it.

Contacted customer service and was told there is nothing wrong with it. Really?

What you don’t see in their picture is that the embroidery goes all the way through the ear, through the fuzzy side. The ears also don’t sit like their picture. The fuzzy side flops forward more than the inside of the ear. I’d be completely fine with that if the embroidery didn’t go all the way through. I did email personalization mall and they have offered me store credit or a new item & had a quick response!

Upon receiving my order of 2 bunnies I thought one had been printed backwards.
I realized that the embroidered personalized name goes all the way to the outside
back ear. So when the ears are actually down the name is backwards. Otherwise the bunny is very cute and soft but the backwards name showing just wrecks it.

I ordered two of these for twin baby girls, and they are very soft and cute. However, the embroidery goes through the ears and can be seen backwards on the other side when you look at the back of the ears. I was disappointed to see that. I wonder if it was really supposed to be like that.

Fast shipping, soft bunny, disappointed with the embroidered name. Was stitched right through the ear. So top of ear looks like the inside of a tee-shirt that happens to have embroidered name on front. Had I know, would not have purchased. No pictures on website showing how it was embroidered, so left customer to assume that the outside of the ear was as any other stuffed animal with just the fir, not the ugly reverse stitching.

Bunny is cute but the embroidery comes through on the other side of the ear and it gives it a sloppy look. I was a little disappointed with that, otherwise it’s fine if sitting on a shelf with the ear displayed as in the picture.
