The bunny was very cute. However I was really disappointed in the way the name was embroidered right through the entire ear. I would have hoped for the amount that the bunny cost they could have taken the time to conceal the backside of the name within the ear. Otherwise very cute.

I ordered this bunny for my grandson's first Easter. I thought it would be so cute in his Easter basket. My first thought when I saw it was it looks like a puppy not a bunny. I asked my husband what he thought and he said the same. The quality is fine but not near as cute as I thought it would be. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered from your website except this. Wish I would have ordered the basket now.

Bought this as a gift for my son's teacher who is expecting his first baby. The bunny is adorable and soft but very disappointed with the embroidering. The embroidering shows backwards through the other side of the ear. Since the ear flops down that is the side of the ear you see. The ear does not stay with the name facing you as shown in the picture. If it did then probably not such a big deal. Called customer service who was friendly but said they couldn't do anything for me. Cute but disappointed...

I purchased this as a baby gift. The bunny is adorable. It's soft and the name embroidered on the blue side of the right ear is very well done, but looking at the other side of the ear, the name is stitched through the entire ear. If the ears are not positioned just so, the name is showing George backwards on the other side of the ear. Although I did get a prompt response from customer service saying this is how it's manufactured and any replacement would be the same, customers should be made aware that the embroidered name will be on both sides of the ear which is not advertised or shown on the preview photo. Had I have known this I would not have made the purchase. I am disappointed in this purchase, especially since I also ordered one in pink.

I’m very disappointed as the name started up to high on the ear. So, the A & N at the end of his name is up at the top of the ear and is hidden by the way the ear lays. . Too expensive for this to happen!!

I would write one if I had received it. It was a very important gift for my granddaughters 1st Easter

Arrived in a plastic like envelope stuffed in the mail box. Looks nothing like the picture. The rabbit is very skinny. The embroidery is on the inside and out side of the ear. Looks bad.

I ordered for my 4-year-old grandson for Easter. The photo looks so different than the real thing. The poor bunny is stiff and not cuddly at all. I really want to return this, ugh!! :(

Very disappointed in what we received. "Bunny" fur was mangled and the head was mishappen. It was not plush but very hard.

I have purchased several things from personalization mall , including stuffed animals . But this bunny was not good quality . The fabric was thin and it really looked cheep .

I was disappointed to discover that the personalized embroidery goes all the way through the rabbits ear. I was not expecting this and feel that it makes the embroidery work look unprofessional and cheap. If I had known it was going to turn out like that I would not have purchased this rabbit and continued my search for a personalized toy that I could take milestone photos with for my baby.

The monogramm on the bunny ear is on the inside of the ear as shown but the under stitching of the monogram is on the top side of the bunny ear which you see first! The bunny ears hang down so you see the raw edges of the monogram all the time. So, so disappointed! Would not recommend buying this product!

The custom name stitching went straight thru to the furry side of the ear making it very sloppy and appearing backwards. Total waste of money.

Very disappointed when this came in the mail. It's not what I thought it would be. The bunny was very cheap looking and not at all like the picture made it look. The quality was very poor. The engraving wasn't even nicely done either. I complained and they gave me $5.00 credit toward my next order - REALLY????????? That won't be happening.

The stuffed rabbit is adorable, which was why I ordered it as an Easter present for my youngest grandson. And I was THRILLED that the personalization was done at no extra cost! So here's where the problem came in. Upon arrival, I wanted to check it over, knowing that it was a gift for someone very special to me. The outside of the rabbit's ear is furry, and the inside of the ear is not ~ the personalization was done on the inside of the ear. HOWEVER, because the personalization was done without separating the inside from the outside, the fur of the outside of the rabbit's ear is all tangled up in the embroidery NOT TO MENTION, that made the personalization BACKWARDS on the outside of the rabbit's ear!! A very sloppy job, and I was embarrassed to give it as a gift. AND there was no longer time for me to have it redone somewhere else. To look at the photo below, it's beautiful. . . but of course, the outside of the ear isn't showing. I wish I had photographed the outer ear!

I purchased 5 of these bunnies for my grandchildren with each of their names embroidered on the ears. They were NOT CHEAP and when I received them I was shocked and totally disappointed in how they were embroidered. The names were embroidered completely through the ears resulting in a frayed, backwards name appearing on the back of the ears right through the fur, making it look HORRIBLE and cheap, losing its cuddliness. I am ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED. I would NOT RECOMMEND you purchase this.

Bunny was delivered with tail off, very disappointed with the craftsmanship of
the bunny as well as how customer service wanted to handle. I am in Florida and the Bunny was delivered to Wisconsin and they want me to take picture of it and send along with order#. My granddaughters Mother is going to try to fix it. The precipitant of a gift should not have to repair the gift, very disappointed and Penalization has lost a customer!

SO upset when this product arrived. Beware if you're thinking of ordering this cute bunny. What you see is not exactly what you get. Instead of a cute bunny whose inner ear is embroidered as in the photo what you see first and foremost is the BACK side of the ear with the clipped back side of the personalization which, yes, shows the name backwards. The ears are not flopped as in the photo where the name correctly shows. This is NOT what I wanted or what I thought I was getting. It was to be a gift but I would be thoroughly embarrassed to give this to anyone, even a child. What a waste of $$$$. I'd give it ZERO stars if I could!

Bought this for my son's first easter. Had potential to be the perfect 1st easter gift but embroidery comes through to the fur side of the ear and unfortunately the way the ears fall its all you can see. I contacted customer support and they said that there is nothing wrong with the quality. Quality embroidery wouldn't show all the way through. They should fix the issue or atleast or people know that's how it comes. I'm disappointed in the item and customer service.

Came tightly packed in plastic. All the fur was flattened, couldn't even see the eyes or nose. The ears lie flat at the back of the head and the only way to see the name is to hold the ear up, Not at all happy
