The mouse pad I got personalized with our granddaughters picture for my husband he loved it, it turned out very special for valentines day, it was packaged nicely and protected, arrived quickly the only reason I didn't rate five stars was because shipping cost more than actual product did

The picture quality is fantastic! My only complaint was the print wasn't large or bold enough. Everything else was awesome.

It looked great in the preview however due to the shading it made the picture look very dark. I would have lightened the picture if I had known.

Not easy to work with pictures on this website. Even if the photo is a good one the 'cropping' can mess up the product. Will not order this item again.
