MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT THERE IS NO RECORSE FOR MIPRINTS/SPELLINGS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. IT WOULD BE NICE NOT TO HAVE TO PURCHASE THE SAME ITEM TWICE TO RECTIFY A MISPELLING ERROR (especially when the incorrect item can not be used). Thank you

I looked at it several times and missed her name being misspelled. A delivery problem occurred as the item was received 5 days after the specified delivery date in Mesa, Arizona

This frame turned out perfect! It's so pretty and will match any décor. I ordered this as a wedding gift for good friends of mine. I know they will LOVE it! I've ordered other personalized frames numerous times in the past as wedding, baby shower, and birth of baby gifts. Everyone, including the guests, absolutely loved them!
