MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT THERE IS NO RECORSE FOR MIPRINTS/SPELLINGS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. IT WOULD BE NICE NOT TO HAVE TO PURCHASE THE SAME ITEM TWICE TO RECTIFY A MISPELLING ERROR (especially when the incorrect item can not be used). Thank you

I looked at it several times and missed her name being misspelled. A delivery problem occurred as the item was received 5 days after the specified delivery date in Mesa, Arizona
