The quality was wonderful. My daughter in law passed away a year ago leaving my son a widower and their autistic 19 yr old son without a Mother. The photo in the ornament was taken at the Ca state Fair a few years ago, my grandson still mourns his Mom, but we are trying to create some great happy memories for him, so he can go forward in his life. Was very happy with product. Resolution was good. Printed just as I sent it. I forgot porcelain is heavy and I wished I had shipped it directly to recipient.

I ordered two sets of these larger porcelain ornaments as Christmas gifts for my family. I've gotten the glossy finish on them before and they always look great. This time I got the matte finish, as that is what is offered in this larger size. There is a difference in printing between the two...the matte finish shows more detail in the photograph than the glossy finish so if you like for the details to show, this is the finish for you.

I was surprised to see how they shipped them this time...barely bubble-wrapped in an envelope. I was prepared to open them to broken ornaments, but each one was in perfect shape! (yay).

About the only complaint I might mention is that where the hole for the string is drilled, is inconsistent between ornaments. Like I said, I ordered two copies of each design and there was some variance in where the holes were, causing the images to not hang straight...they are not way off, but are not straight either. This didn't bother me enough to call and complain, but just so you know, this may happen to you too. Otherwise, they look GREAT!
