Quick an easy to order. Shipping was fast especially when this one was a last minute thought.

This product far exceeded my expectations. I guess I had not read what it was made from, so thought it would be something cheap, but it seems like it's like fired claay or stoneware and it make a perfectly clear and high quality product. O ordered 4 of a wedding for the couple and family. Everyone loved them.

I love my personalized ornaments. I ordered them last minute and paid expedited shipping. The shipping company emailed me that my order will be delivered after Christmas. I immediately emailed Personalization Mall. They emailed me back same day and let me know my order will arrive as of today. And it did! I appreciate customer service responded very quickly and notified me immediately on the situation. They made sure I got my order to me before Christmas as ordered.
