Every time I order a custom product, I am pleased. Excellent products for the price also. From, ornaments, to posters, to pillows, & cards, it’s always quick & easy….and affordable.

If ordering, be very mindful of the cropping. If there is important writing on the edge of the picture, it will be cropped out. Allow plenty of white space so that the picture isn't cut in important areas.

Nine of these were ordered for grandkids. I loved that I could put two photos on each ornament. The ornaments were pretty easy to customize and order. My disapointment is that the photos aren't very crisp, hence the four stars.

The ornaments quality was exactly what I expected. The only thing I wish was that I could of put a date and names on the ornaments

Very nice ornament, fitting picture into a small circle can be tricky but it's not hard if you're careful.

I'm glad I did not opt for the expedited shipping because it came within one week which was a nice surprise since I wanted it before Christmas. The ornament is nice but the picture is a little blurry. It will be a treasured gift though

I ordered six of the 2-sided photo ornaments. Three were beautiful but the other three were disappointing. The images were blurry despite being uploaded as high quality images. I would limit the people in the photo to no more than 2 since those sides turned out better than the sides with our whole family of 4.

I am very pleased with my ornament. The only thing that would make it better would be to be able to add a text. I did not see an option for that. I would have liked to add the year

As in my previous review, I was disappointed that the red framing in the catalogue is hown but there is none in the ornament I received.

Pictures are perfect, both front and back.

The final product has a white area at the bottom. We tried to resize the photo, but it kept showing the exact same thing.

What a perfect gift to give to our grandchildren each year as they watch themselves grow.Definitely would make this a five star if the year was printed on them. When the dates are an option they cover to much of the photo, just need to be small-just small enough to add the history of this ornament.

I loved it! The picture turned out better than I expected

Beware of the edges when cropping your photo. When you’re doing the personalization online, there is an orange line around the edge, which I thought would be part of the photo. It was not. Most of the six ornaments I ordered have something cropped around the edges that I thought would be included. Just try to center your photo and leave space around the edges.

I have purchase MANY of these over the years and love them all. Definitely worth 5 stars. This is the first one that was not as big as the ornament, the picture was smaller on it.

It is a very nice wooden ornament that we will enjoy year after year!
The only thing I wish for is that it was a bit brighter. Other then that it is beautiful.

This is second year I think that I have worked with his corporation personalizationmall.com. They are wonderful. They ask the questions they need to ask you give them the answers and Wala your product is made and beautiful. The only problem I had this time, and I will tell him directly is that one side of the ornament was too dark. The picture came through but not enough to where it’s clear. I will ask them next time if they have a photo that is too dark on the ornament that they will inform me

The ornament turned out beautiful. I just wish I could have put at least a year on it. That way when I give an updated ornament they'll know what year they received it.

This turned out really nice but I wish there was a way to make the pictures smaller on the ornament to include all of the elves.

I choose wood because it's lighter and would hang on the tree easier. Use good quality pictures as it is on wood and the grain is visible.

I was very happy with one side of the ornament however the other side did not turn out as planned. The picture was moved up so the hole for hanging went right through the faces of the people that were on the ornament.

Lovely gift and I hope my friend has a larger Christmas tree as this ornament is not for a small tabletop tree. Had to add my own ribbon as the one that came with it was not adequate. However, good work.

These are nice ornaments. The ones with portraits come out good, but the ones with pics from a phone are a bit blurry, even though I’ve have prints of those same pictures that were clear.

I like the quality of the ornament but I had two disappointments- due to my own “errors”, I guess. First I had the picture cut off a bit more than I thought would happen in a round ornament, so 2 of the people in the picture didn’t come through well.Second, I didn’t allow for the hole in the middle at the top, so the ornament ribbon goes right through someone’s head.Just be careful how you position the picture and leave more room than you think you need along the rounded edges.Quality is great!

The items were ok, very heavy, fast service. However, they were delivered to an entirely different address and I had to go pick them up. PM was nice enough to refund the shipping charges.

I love my photo ornaments from Personalization Mall. I have been giving my grandchildren picture ornaments every year since they were born. It is so fun to see how excited they get as they decorate the tree with their ornaments each year.

I always have a great experience with Personalization Mall - their quality and standards are awesome. this ornament was a little harder to center, as the photos were also round. I would suggest the ability to remove the red lines from the edges while cropping so you can see exactly how round edges line up with the round ornament -

The original ornaments were very dark and so I resent them the same pictures and the new replacements were much better except part of the heads were cutoff on the corners but I knew it would be tight but I thought it would fit after adjusting the picture. Anyway, I have ordered many of these in the past without any problems.

I've ordered photo ornaments from here before and have never had an issue, so while I thought the quality was high on my end, I will go ahead an assume the blurriness was on my end. Slightly disappointed it was not as crisp as usual, but product is good quality otherwise.

This ornament turned out great. The only negative is it’s glass so if it falls off the tree it will shatter. It’s still a good purchase I just would have chosen a different material if I had known. I’ve ordered multiple ornaments from here and they have all turned out great.

Overall beautiful product. However I am bummed one of the 2 I originally ordered came broken in half. The customer service line did make it right though and shipped a new one. It just didn't make it in time to give the day I needed to give it as a gift. I did appreciate the effort though.
