The company did exactly what was promised.My fault that i chose to do this present in matte so i could get the larger size. It will make the recipients happy, but i wish i had done glossy. Just think it would be better.

Frame was smaller then I thought , but the two sided pictures came beautiful. I wish it had a place for the year . Another yearly addition for my daughters Christmas tree !

Pictures came out pretty well. Only complaint is hole was drilled too near dog's eye. Also shipping via usps was not good.

Love to look at all the pictures of the children, grand children and great grand children and lots of the close relatives.

They are great, but I had a hard time to center the photos. Otherwise, great.

Picture on the front was super dark. Photo on the back was crooked.

Great Christmas gift. Only complaint is that the picture is a little dark and it doesn’t come with a string/ ribbon to hang the ornament.

Overall I liked them. Out of the 5 I ordered there was only one that I would have changed had it shown a better preview of the final product.

Service was wonderful. Ornaments arrived quickly and in good condition. The actual pictures were a little darker than the ones shown on the ordering page. In the future we would probably try to lighten photo image on our end before submitting to hopefully remedy this issue.

The reason I didnt' give it 5 stars is some of the pictures came out with an orange tint while others were perfect.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because of the size. It’s quite a bit smaller than expected.

They turned out cute, I just didn't think about where the hole for the ribbon would be in the photo I chose. So it looked like a hole in the middle of the kids forehead.

Products were made with great material and packaged with a pretty velvet bag and silk ribbon for hanging.
Unfortunately, a couple of the items weren't printed as well as the others and I contacted customer service and they immediately replaced those items. This could have been an unpleasant experience, However it was a pleasure working with Personalization Mall.

I had a picture that I really liked and made these ornaments to share with those in the photo.

The ornament was very nice and a lovely keepsake, but it took 3 attempts to have it properly delivered. I ordered it on December 19th with expedited shipping to arrive by Christmas Eve Day. That shipment was lost and never arrived. PM remade the ornament, but that one arrived broken in pieces. The 2nd remake finally came, in time for NEXT Christmas.

By themselves these turned out perfect! The quality of the pictures turned out really good! I also bought the wooden tree to hang these on and the strings didn't quite work. Ended up using the holes to put the hooks through and I'm worried I'm going to break these as they are ceramic. I have also tried putting a small metal loop on them to hang them with and didn't like how they dangled and turned.

Very pleased with ornaments, but wish I could have rec’d then in December as they were Christmas gifts.

I ordered a few ornaments in this style; they're a nice size and weight. The matte finish is nice, however the images did not appear quite as crisp as the same ornaments I've ordered that have a glossy finish. Overall I'm very happy with the product and would still consider ordering in the future.

I ordered 3 different Christmas ornaments. I used pictures from our Christmas cards. They are all beautiful! I am so happy with the wooden ornaments.

I have ordered several through the years. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because this one came scratched. I had ordered it for my daughter and I didn’t have time to request a different one. This is the first time I have ever received one that wasn’t perfect. I love to order our family Christmas card picture on an ornament. Great keepsakes and we love looking at how much we all change throughout the years.

I thought my picture was clear enough for this ornament. Wasn't the best one I've received to date but they were still nice to give as gifts.

Although I like this ornament when I order ornaments next time I will choose a glossy finish rather than a matte finish. To me, the glossy is far superior. Two-sided photo ornaments are a great way to memorialize a year, and I will continue to do this for myself and my children. Personalization Mall has lots of choices and this is one of my favorites.

Photo was a good quality. One part of the edge was rough. Fine product not great.

One side came out good the other side is blurry. I know the pictures sent over are not blurry at all and considering you are not changing the size bigger, they should have been clear.

I loved the quality of the porcelain it was not quite as bright as I had hoped but maybe that was the quality of my photo. It’s now on it's way from the US to England.

The photo quantity was good. I have purchased a few ornaments now. The more expensive ones are obviously nicer.

If there was a way to lighten images I missed it. Bought for my 20yr old and he will like it, just wish I knew how dark the final would be and I would have lightened it. Love the ceramic ornaments though.

In the past I ordered ornaments with a shinier finish which I think I prefer. This was still well made and larger. I have ordered from this company for a few years, and love their products.

The ornaments are beautiful and I am so happy with them, but the process was very frustrating. It was challenging getting pictures uploaded and fitting on the ornamemt properly. For some reason it was being uploaded sideways.

Love it. I just wish the year could be on it; whether on the front or the back. But otherwise, it's great!
