Picture Perfect Personalized Photo Ornament Customer Reviews

I ordered a few ornaments in this style; they're a nice size and weight. The matte finish is nice, however the images did not appear quite as crisp as the same ornaments I've ordered that have a glossy finish. Overall I'm very happy with the product and would still consider ordering in the future.

I ordered 3 different Christmas ornaments. I used pictures from our Christmas cards. They are all beautiful! I am so happy with the wooden ornaments.

Great gift. Shipping was a little slow and the photo was a little blurry but still special.

I have ordered several through the years. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because this one came scratched. I had ordered it for my daughter and I didn’t have time to request a different one. This is the first time I have ever received one that wasn’t perfect. I love to order our family Christmas card picture on an ornament. Great keepsakes and we love looking at how much we all change throughout the years.

I thought my picture was clear enough for this ornament. Wasn't the best one I've received to date but they were still nice to give as gifts.

Ok product. Found picture to be very dull but affordable.

Although I like this ornament when I order ornaments next time I will choose a glossy finish rather than a matte finish. To me, the glossy is far superior. Two-sided photo ornaments are a great way to memorialize a year, and I will continue to do this for myself and my children. Personalization Mall has lots of choices and this is one of my favorites.

Photo was a good quality. One part of the edge was rough. Fine product not great.

One side came out good the other side is blurry. I know the pictures sent over are not blurry at all and considering you are not changing the size bigger, they should have been clear.

I loved the quality of the porcelain it was not quite as bright as I had hoped but maybe that was the quality of my photo. It’s now on it's way from the US to England.

The photo quantity was good. I have purchased a few ornaments now. The more expensive ones are obviously nicer.

If there was a way to lighten images I missed it. Bought for my 20yr old and he will like it, just wish I knew how dark the final would be and I would have lightened it. Love the ceramic ornaments though.

In the past I ordered ornaments with a shinier finish which I think I prefer. This was still well made and larger. I have ordered from this company for a few years, and love their products.

The ornaments are beautiful and I am so happy with them, but the process was very frustrating. It was challenging getting pictures uploaded and fitting on the ornamemt properly. For some reason it was being uploaded sideways.

Love it. I just wish the year could be on it; whether on the front or the back. But otherwise, it's great!

My picture had the head cut partially off. It may have been my fault. But I thought I made sure it was centered

It is exactly what I ordered however they had to put the hole in the top which there for went right through my sons head. That is the only issue I have. Other than that it’s great. Will and have ordered other things from Personalization Mall.

I liked the ornament, but it was a little fuzzy on one side.

Product is fine my photo set up was not perfect but satisfactory results

If I had it to do over I would not order the wood. I think that another finish would make the colors brighter.

I give my children an ornament every Christmas and had this one made from a photo of my son and daughter in law on their wedding day. It turned out beautifully. It is quite heavy but made very well. I am very pleased

I ordered two one was perfect the other a little dark

I really love the ornament. I bought it to remember my father who recently passed away. The quality is good and the photos are clear. The only issue is that the hole placement is through my father's head on one of the sides. It doesn't look like it does in the photo.

Love the ornament but was disappointed that I could not crop the picture better for the hole to be punched. It was a hole on the face of my family member.

I have ordered these in the past and they are fantastic. This years look like it was running out of ink and are a little faded and blurry. But ussually fantastic!

These are nice but the colors weren't bright. They say it's because its a matt finish but I had one side bright & one side was not. Sorry have to give honest info. They wouldn't replace when informed about it.

This is a nice heavy ornament. Just be careful about the picture you select as the hole for the ribbon is in the picture.

The only problem is it's a lil heavy for the string.

Great ornament, came out beautiful

I have ordered from this company several times and have always been more than pleased. There products are top quality. This year I ordered 4 ornaments and one picture is little blurry. I do NOT think it is their fault. The picture looked clear too me when placing the order, but considering the work they do... am sure it is me! I only wish I had chosen something else. Will I order again next year.....ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!

This ornament came out nice - though the picture is a little darker than it looked in the preview. I think my granddaughter will be happy with it. I would recommend it to everyone.

Picture is blurry

Product is great & great quality. Bought this for my family who just lost their dog. Shipping took forever. It took 10 days to receive this gift.

I’ve ordered these ornaments a lot. It’s a great way to personalize a gift.

The product arrived as described. The only thing I didn't like is the ornament does not come with a piece of inexpensive ribbon that could be used to hang it from the tree with. I bought my own at a crafts store but would have appreciated it being included with the ornament.
