The photo quantity was good. I have purchased a few ornaments now. The more expensive ones are obviously nicer.

If there was a way to lighten images I missed it. Bought for my 20yr old and he will like it, just wish I knew how dark the final would be and I would have lightened it. Love the ceramic ornaments though.

In the past I ordered ornaments with a shinier finish which I think I prefer. This was still well made and larger. I have ordered from this company for a few years, and love their products.

The ornaments are beautiful and I am so happy with them, but the process was very frustrating. It was challenging getting pictures uploaded and fitting on the ornamemt properly. For some reason it was being uploaded sideways.

Love it. I just wish the year could be on it; whether on the front or the back. But otherwise, it's great!

My picture had the head cut partially off. It may have been my fault. But I thought I made sure it was centered

It is exactly what I ordered however they had to put the hole in the top which there for went right through my sons head. That is the only issue I have. Other than that it’s great. Will and have ordered other things from Personalization Mall.

I liked the ornament, but it was a little fuzzy on one side.

If I had it to do over I would not order the wood. I think that another finish would make the colors brighter.

I give my children an ornament every Christmas and had this one made from a photo of my son and daughter in law on their wedding day. It turned out beautifully. It is quite heavy but made very well. I am very pleased

I ordered two one was perfect the other a little dark

I really love the ornament. I bought it to remember my father who recently passed away. The quality is good and the photos are clear. The only issue is that the hole placement is through my father's head on one of the sides. It doesn't look like it does in the photo.

Love the ornament but was disappointed that I could not crop the picture better for the hole to be punched. It was a hole on the face of my family member.

I have ordered these in the past and they are fantastic. This years look like it was running out of ink and are a little faded and blurry. But ussually fantastic!

These are nice but the colors weren't bright. They say it's because its a matt finish but I had one side bright & one side was not. Sorry have to give honest info. They wouldn't replace when informed about it.

This is a nice heavy ornament. Just be careful about the picture you select as the hole for the ribbon is in the picture.

Great ornament, came out beautiful

I have ordered from this company several times and have always been more than pleased. There products are top quality. This year I ordered 4 ornaments and one picture is little blurry. I do NOT think it is their fault. The picture looked clear too me when placing the order, but considering the work they do... am sure it is me! I only wish I had chosen something else. Will I order again next year.....ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!

This ornament came out nice - though the picture is a little darker than it looked in the preview. I think my granddaughter will be happy with it. I would recommend it to everyone.

The product arrived as described. The only thing I didn't like is the ornament does not come with a piece of inexpensive ribbon that could be used to hang it from the tree with. I bought my own at a crafts store but would have appreciated it being included with the ornament.

I’ve ordered several photo items in the past with no issue. I ordered 2 of these using the same high-resolution pictures and 1 is fine while the other is very blurry. Normally I’m very pleased with my products, but I had 2 ornaments come this year that were not of the best quality.

Great quality double-sided porcelain ornament. Only wish we could print writing onto the ornament (e.g. name, year, birthdate, etc.)

The photo ornament are nice and what I expected.

I really liked the ornaments I received, they were exactly as I ordered them. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that 2 years ago when I ordered the same ornaments the ribbons were of much better quality and already on the ornaments when they arrived. I found the ribbons provided very cheap compared to the ones provided just 2 years ago. Other than that, quality was just as good. Thanks again.

Very pretty, nice and sturdy product!

I added an indoor shot on the front and an outdoor shut on the back. The outdoor shot was perfect! The indoor shot yellowed a bit in production. Still a nice ornament though.

Nice but not as vibrant a picture of the family. Quality was good. Kids loved that they were on the ornament

I was delighted with the ornament. Photos are clear and precise ..but
Be aware your photo appears to have a red circle when you make it but does not (good thing) when it arrives.

One side is beautiful. The orher didn't come out clear.
