Picture Perfect Personalized Photo Ornament Customer Reviews

Only use high quality picture files for these ornaments. For the second year in a row my ornament looked grainy. I wish it would have showed me how grainy it was going to be when I designed the ornament on the website, then I would have used a different picture.

I have ordered new ornaments each year for my family and have always been pleased until this year. I ordered 5 and each one was blurry which was disappointing.

The ornaments feel solid and well made. The only problem is the pictures were somewhat blurry. They were professional prints so they should have been perfect.

I wish there was a way for it to tell me when a picture that looks great on the screen will be blurry or low quality on the ornament. They were ok, we still gave them as gifts, just not happy worthbthe picture quality. Looked great onscreen.

The ornament is made of a nice material and presented well in it's case. One picture looked great! However, one picture was off color and looked funny.

Price is great and service was quick! My biggest disappointment is that my ornaments are blurry! I realize that this can happen if the picture is zoomed/cropped to much, but the image appears clear on screen until you see the actual product. the only ornaments that were not blurry were the ones I did not crop/zoom at all.

Not too happy how picture is on ornament. Seems the top & sides got a bit distorted on one side.

I thought the ornament was a great idea. The picture that was uploaded was a good res image but the quality of the ornaments image was not good. It was really fuzzy and not what I expected. It also shows red dots around the rim of the ornament but that was not what was sent. It's fine but not as nice as I thought.

This is a quality ornament. My only complaint is that it is difficult to judge where and how much of your picture will be cut off. The hole for the hanger is right in the middle of my daughter's head. When I ordered it I thought I had adjusted the photo so that the entire picture would fit. I wish when the company was printing the photo on the ornament they had adjusted the photo.

I have bought over 45 of these ornaments and the last two shipments I have found that the quality of the pictures are not as clear as they normally are.

Product is properly made however the photos came out a little pixelated. I used a high quality image and it still came out this way.

The price was right for this, but the quality isn't as nice as I've received from other photo websites.

Ornament is good quality but the pic came out a with a little red hue.

This item was exactly what I hoped for: a small ornament that I can taylor exactly to what I need. But after receiving it, the resolution was significantly lower than the preview shown on the website, practically blurry. You're probably like me and want extreme control but keep in mind it's not as high resolution as the preview shows.

Its a great product. Only thing that disappointed me was that the photos turned out dark.

I ordered three 2 sided ornaments, each one had a perfect side and a too dark side. I contacted customer service, the representative would not offer to remake without me taking a pix of each side of each ornament and emailing it to her directly which I have done. Hopefully Personalization Mall will stand behind their quality of work, I really want these ornaments for my Christmas trees.

The ornament is cute but needs a bit more room for the photo to fit right.

The ornament was cute, but the string was all frizzy. I called customer service thinking they could just send a new string, and they gave me a hard time. I was not happy at all with the customer service, and will look for a new place to personalize gifts.

THought it would have had the photo pn both sides like the ones I have ordered for the same price from other companies.

The picture was very grainy for the quality of my photo. I have a 12 megapixel camera that takes excellent quality pictures. I never imagined they would turn out so grainy. Overall the idea is cute but I would never attempt it with a lower resolution photo.

Ordered this for my husband. It is a picture of him holding our first grandchild. When I pulled the ornament out my first thought was "it's just a piece of metal." The metal is thin, the picture is not clear, rather fuzzy, and the colors not bright. Disappointed in the quality and a little embarrased to give it. Keepsake bag is WAY to large for the ornament.

I ORDERED THE ONE SIDED- BUT DEFINATELY WOULD NOT GET AGAIN. WISH I ORDERED THE 2 SIDED- LOOKS INCOMPLETE. VERY SAD

I created these ornaments for a high profile event and specifically called customer service to ensure that the way I saw them on the screen was exactly how they would print (the preview zoomed in perfectly on each photo). I was assured they would come out exactly as they appeared in the preview, and yet, when I received them, the image was smaller and you could see an external white ring around each that was not supposed to be there.

This ornament is too heavy. I think the 3.75" inch size is not feasible as a tree ornament. I doubt it will last even one season on my tree.
Besides that, it is thick and rough. The photos look grainy. I expected "porcelain" to be smooth and nicer.
I regret buying 4 of these ornaments.

The pics seemed to be fair to good quality, but one pic would see fine being right side up in reference to the hole at the top, but the pic on the back was crooked or almost sideways.

I did not like the matte look. It made the picture have a blur.

The picture turned out much darker than the prototype showed online. I’m not impressed with their pixel quality.

I loved the idea of this present, and the person I got it for thinks it is so thoughtful. However, not sure why but the quality of the printing was poor and the shadows fell weird on some of our faces. It doesn't look anything like what is advertised on the website. Really wish there was some way to fix this as it was quite expensive and made up a big part of a Christmas gift.

I am giving it 2 stars because the ornament is cute and came quickly. My problem is that when I ordered the ornaments I clicked on it twice and double ordered. I immediately contacted the company and they would not change the order. I ended up paying and receiving 12 instead of the 6 that I wanted.

Disappointed. Two of the three ornaments looked nothing like the preview images I approved before purchasing. I was shown a preview where the pictures were centered and focused. On two of my ornaments, images were off center with uneven white space around them. A few photos were slightly blurred but did not appear so on the previews. If the images were not as sharp as what was shown on my computer screen, I wish there had been a mechanism to warn me. I would have swapped out the photos. Bottom line: be very careful before approving the preview image. I was very happy with the third ornament.
I purchased a personalized glass etched ornament last year from PersonalizationMall and it was beautiful. Sadly, I was not happy with the two-sided ornaments.

We have been ordering these ornaments for the last 6 years. Photo quality was awful, ornaments had scratches, and now you have to put your own ribbon on

When I received my ornament I was hoping it was going to look spectacular. Sadly the photos on both sides of the ornament are blurry. Ornament only looks good when hung on the tree and seen from a distance. Will not be purchasing again.

I bought 3 ornaments I have purchased ornaments every Christmas. This year I was a bit disappointed. They seemed smaller, not good quality and for the amount of money I paid, they didn’t come with a ribbon to hang them.

A neat gift, however, they don't come as clear and high quality as the website shows you while you're making it. I'm pretty good with graphics and I know for a fact that my image was of a superior resolution, however, when I received the ornaments, the images appeared blurry. I contacted customer service and they issued free replacements which were only slightly better quality but still blurry.

usually sites tell you if a picture will not work, this one did not! pictures were blurry and cutoff because it was wrapped around edges so allow extra for that

I used a high quality photo and the ornament came out blurry. I'm pretty sure I used this company last year as well and that photo was also blurry. Used a different company and the same photo with clear results.

The ornament itself is nice, however, the photo quality on the professional pictures submitted was terrible. The faces were all blown out and there was no sharpness to the photo that was originally there.

This is my second order from this company. I was very pleased with most of the ornaments in the first shipment. The second shipment 3 of the 5 two sided ornaments were orange, washed out or blurred. My other issue is it takes time to perfectly size and line your pic so as to not cut off part of the head or not to have a hole in the head for the ribbon to hang. It still came with more of the head cropped than the pic showed. I am very disappointed.
