This ornament was made with the hole punched right through
The picture of my daughters head. There was empty space on the side
of her head if they would have just paid a little
more attention to detail. Not real pleased.

Very poor quality. Picture on the wooden surface doesn't work. The strain lines make the picture illegible.

Beyond blurry. You can't make out any faces

These ornaments had a rough finish. The pictures were hard to make out and distorted.

Maybe it the texture of the wood, but my professional pictures turned out blurry.

The preview looked so excellent had the potential to be my favorite ornament that I ordered this year. But it looks so faded no shine to it like in the preview like someone didn't put the clear coat over it for that sheen like in the display image.

I was very disappointed with my ornaments. I ordered 10 and at least half are scratched and it looks like glue or something is on them that will not come off.
They are a picture of my sister that passed this year and were supposed to be gifts for my family.

Item looked a lot clear in the approved photo then what was received. Would not recommend this version of the ornament.

You sent to the wrong address and the post office sent it back. However I had ordered three earlier and they came to the correct address and I loved them

The review of the product looked good; however the end product was not good. The persons head was cut off quite a bit, enough where I couldn’t give it and feel good about it. I just chose another picture and ordered another one. Quick turnaround so that was good!

Both images were blurry and hardly recognizable.

Pictures blurry - can't make them out. Receiver was totally disgusted with gift and immediately told me so. Dog black / background too dark - cant even see dog's face.

I sent high quality photos and received ornaments that were not clear. This happened with 3 ornaments. Customer service said they reviewed my concerns and found nothing to be wrong. They would not allow me to send the products back and would not issue me a refund. If customer satisfaction is their highest priority and they won’t resolve the issue, there seems to be a big issue with their company. This is the last time I will shop personalization mall.

My ornament came out very blurry!!! I am very unhappy!

I’m not sure what happened because I have ordered these in the past and they turned out nice. I used our very high resolution Christmas card photo and it is SO grainy and blurry I didn’t even hang it in the tree. Very disappointed.

The ornament came out really dark and I can barely see the actual picture. There’s no border which is a little misleading when you edit your personalization so just be aware of that too!

I was not happy with cropping on this picture. The top of objects head was on the ornament holder . Was not not like that when I ordered. Christmas gift … ugh

I order an ornament from personalization mall every year. This year, I ordered the matte ornament. It is not the same quality as the glossy one. The matte causes the picture to look like poor quality. It is a nice size, but I would not recommend the matte.

Wouldn’t recommend. Not sure if it’s the matte finish, but all images were blurry. Used same photos at other companies and they were clear. Thinking it’s the matte finish.

the one ornament came out great the one with both kids has lines through it.

I’ve ordered ornaments for the last ten years so they are all the same style. This year’s photo turned out very blurry and brownish. I’m disappointed in the photo print quality this year, especially since I didn’t zoom in or add color treatment. I used the same photo for our Christmas cards from another vendor and they turned out perfectly clear and colored as expected.

I've been using this company for 6 or 7 years NEVER a problem ...but this particular ornament and picture didn't work.
When cropped on my computer and sample you saw the cutie piebow on my baby's first Christmas... but when I received the product....the bow was cut out. PM resent ...and still the same problem .

I received someone else's ornament so I am not happy. I better not be charged for my replacement. I deserve this replacement order and my original for free.

The positions of the hole In the ornament is terrible. Right In the middle of faces.

Product was delivered and the pictures were very blurry.

Love the idea, so I ordered for the first time. So disappointed when it arrived. Picture was grainy, blurry and looked nothing like the original. I'm embarrassed to send this as a gift and now out $28. Last time ordering :(

Color quality was bad. Hole in forehead. There should be more instructions on the pictures you use. Size etc.

This was my first purchase from my account, but for the past few years my wife has been ordering from this website custom made decorations for our Christmas tree. Basically, every year we order decorations that frame important moments of our family that happened during that year.

We have always uploaded high-resolution pictures shot with my high quality camera. All the pictures have always been processed on pro-grade software prior to selection.

This year, the pictures (despite tack sharp in the original files) came out extremely blurry. Maybe there's been a glitch at the stage of the server that processed my upload (from my computer screen, the preview of my upload looked good).
I am surprised there was no quality control from the company, alerting me that something went wrong with the quality of my custom decorations.

The final product was of a blurry photo. The photo did not look blurry in the preview. When I asked if I could upload a different photo no one responded to me.

The picture quality and color were both poor and fuzzy.

This is the 2nd year in a row that I have for ornaments that are blurry all of them. And this year I used professional photos and still blurry

I have bought numerous ornaments from here. ALWAYS beyond happy. This time I don't understand what happen. My ornaments turned out terrible. Talked with customer service (which by the way was amazing and helpful) got new ornaments made and delivered. Again NOT happy. have you guys changed something there on your end? I am unsure if I will us you again? I will continue to make personnel ornaments for myself, family and for gifts but not if they continue turning out like these heave. if that happens I will find another company. They turned out very blurry, here's a picture of each set I had made.

Ordered 2, one was a gift. Image came out very blurry on both. Photo uploaded was a sharp, hi-res image so there's no excuse for this. This is the 2nd time I've ordered a photo ornament from here, and the last. Very disappointed.

I ordered three of these of our family. One for each set of grandparents and one to keep. The pictures I used were really high quality and crisp, and when I got the ornaments they were blurry and hazy looking- like they had been run through a filter. It was too late at that point, I needed them for gifts, and honestly I hate having to figure out returning something, especially over the holidays. I'm disappointed, but oh well, I just wont order from this company again.

I have gotten ornaments from PM since 2008 and I have NEVER gotten such poor quality as I did this year. Wording not centered, and incredibly BLURRY (they were perfect photo's, no warnings came up about pixels) VERY VERY disappointing to say the least

I've ordered these ornaments before with much better results, but this time every image on all 3 ornaments purchased is blurred as is the printing on the opposite side of two of them. Two of the 3 ornaments purchased were to memorialize recently lost spouses of my sister and a special friend. I'm embarrassed to give these as gifts and consider this money wasted.

The picture came out awful and my baby's eyes were changed and they look evil now. I can't give these as gifts any longer. Very disappointed.
