Picture Perfect Personalized Photo Ornament Customer Reviews

I received someone else's ornament so I am not happy. I better not be charged for my replacement. I deserve this replacement order and my original for free.

The positions of the hole In the ornament is terrible. Right In the middle of faces.

Product was delivered and the pictures were very blurry.

Love the idea, so I ordered for the first time. So disappointed when it arrived. Picture was grainy, blurry and looked nothing like the original. I'm embarrassed to send this as a gift and now out $28. Last time ordering :(

Color quality was bad. Hole in forehead. There should be more instructions on the pictures you use. Size etc.

This was my first purchase from my account, but for the past few years my wife has been ordering from this website custom made decorations for our Christmas tree. Basically, every year we order decorations that frame important moments of our family that happened during that year.

We have always uploaded high-resolution pictures shot with my high quality camera. All the pictures have always been processed on pro-grade software prior to selection.

This year, the pictures (despite tack sharp in the original files) came out extremely blurry. Maybe there's been a glitch at the stage of the server that processed my upload (from my computer screen, the preview of my upload looked good).
I am surprised there was no quality control from the company, alerting me that something went wrong with the quality of my custom decorations.

The final product was of a blurry photo. The photo did not look blurry in the preview. When I asked if I could upload a different photo no one responded to me.

The picture quality and color were both poor and fuzzy.

This is the 2nd year in a row that I have for ornaments that are blurry all of them. And this year I used professional photos and still blurry

I have bought numerous ornaments from here. ALWAYS beyond happy. This time I don't understand what happen. My ornaments turned out terrible. Talked with customer service (which by the way was amazing and helpful) got new ornaments made and delivered. Again NOT happy. have you guys changed something there on your end? I am unsure if I will us you again? I will continue to make personnel ornaments for myself, family and for gifts but not if they continue turning out like these heave. if that happens I will find another company. They turned out very blurry, here's a picture of each set I had made.

Ordered 2, one was a gift. Image came out very blurry on both. Photo uploaded was a sharp, hi-res image so there's no excuse for this. This is the 2nd time I've ordered a photo ornament from here, and the last. Very disappointed.

I ordered three of these of our family. One for each set of grandparents and one to keep. The pictures I used were really high quality and crisp, and when I got the ornaments they were blurry and hazy looking- like they had been run through a filter. It was too late at that point, I needed them for gifts, and honestly I hate having to figure out returning something, especially over the holidays. I'm disappointed, but oh well, I just wont order from this company again.

I have gotten ornaments from PM since 2008 and I have NEVER gotten such poor quality as I did this year. Wording not centered, and incredibly BLURRY (they were perfect photo's, no warnings came up about pixels) VERY VERY disappointing to say the least

I've ordered these ornaments before with much better results, but this time every image on all 3 ornaments purchased is blurred as is the printing on the opposite side of two of them. Two of the 3 ornaments purchased were to memorialize recently lost spouses of my sister and a special friend. I'm embarrassed to give these as gifts and consider this money wasted.

The picture came out awful and my baby's eyes were changed and they look evil now. I can't give these as gifts any longer. Very disappointed.

Terrible so disappointed with the quality ornament I received I sent professional pictures they were prints on the ornament blurry and orange tint on the faces really upset I order every year and these weee terrible

I have ordered multiple ornaments from here in the past and I have always been delighted with the outcome. This years ornament was a disappointment. The quality seemed poor. This could be related to the picture however I've never had this problem in the past. I will try to order again next year and hope this is a fluke. The picture they use to show what the ornament will look like and what it actually does look like aren't even similar. The quality in the display is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. The actual ornament looks like a crayon drawing.

Both pictures had people's heads cut off and one was not centered

I have ordered photo ornaments from here for years and love them. Unfortunately this year what arrived was low quality and blurry. The jpegs sent were the same quality as every year before, professional pictures. When speaking to customer service they deemed if they redid it, it would look the same so not to bother. I purchased 4 ornaments as usual to give as gifts but I can not give these to people and despite the company's guarantee of satisfaction when I asked to return them for a refund I was ignored. Instead they sent me an email asking me to rate them. Maybe if they spent more time paying attention to their quality control or their customers I wouldn't need to write this. I did not include the photos they have in my review because my pictures are clear and this website won't allow me to upload an actual photo of the item which looks nothing like my photo. Very disappointed.

No matter how I tried to recrop my images, the PM software would not fit the pictures correctly within the circle. I needed them asap, so just ordered them anyway hoping either there would be a comments section where I could ask them to make adjustments to fit, but there wasn't. I don't like the ornaments I received.

I posted a 1-star review that’s been removed, so reviews here do not represent all customers. I ordered ornaments from Personalization Mall in 2013 that were excellent quality. Based on that experience, I ordered over $100 worth of ornaments in 2014. The 2014 ornaments were overexposed so badly that I would not even consider donating these to a charitable organization (two of the images were the exact same images used in 2013). I submitted scans of the defective ornaments to PM and provided a comparison with an ornament produced by another company from the same image (NOT overexposed). The images reproduced by PM do not look ANYTHING like the preview. I would attach scans of the preview and scans of the actual ornaments, but PM then claims the right to reproduce them without a purchased license. PM does NOT stand by their work, as they refuse to replace ornaments or issue a refund. I do not recommend these ornaments or Personalization Mall, based on this poor customer service.

it took me hours to get the 2 individuals centered in the circle. i even made sure the hole at the top wouldn't interfer with the head of one of the people. when i got the ornament, it didn't come out like i had it centered. both people had parts of their head cut off or really close too it. i could have moved it more, but what i saw on the internet looked like it fix. so you better make your picture much smaller or they will cut off whatever they want to and think it's ok. very disapponted with this.
