DisappointedBy Shopper  (wildwood, MO) - August 4, 2012 Although the original picture was bright and clear, this ornament turned out very dark. I was very pleased that the Personalization Mall agreed to redo the item, but it turned out just as dark as the first time. I would not recommend this item, but I do appreciate the second attempt to make it right.

Not centered nor the same magnificationBy Shopper  (Grand Prairie, TX) - January 1, 2012 The manufacturer needs to work on their QA/QC, because the preview image was centered and sized correctly, but the received product was too zoomed in and not centered very well. It was okay for the money, I guess, but would probably not trust the preview positioning.

Not ImpressedI ordered three of the photo ornaments ... all photos that were submitted far exceeded the requirements for resolution, yet all three ornaments look pixelated and of poor quality. One even has a dirt mark in the material for the ornament. Not impressed, but not worth the hassle of remaking since the quality the second time around would probably be just as shoddy ... this was a first and LAST order.

Wave of disappointmentBy Shopper  (Port Charlotte, FL) - December 2, 2011 I recently ordered two porcelain photo ornaments. They arrived quickly, and I was very excited to open the package. One of the ornaments was truly beautiful. The other...wow, not so much. The photo was only barely discernable because the entire ornament had a reddish-maroon dark tinge over the photo. The original photo didn't have that. The version I previewed on the site didn't have it, either. If I had more time before Christmas to send it back and try again, I might do it, but I just don't want the hassle. I am 50/50 happy and disappointed in the products.

OrnamentI was disappointed with the quality. What appeared on my computer when I ordered was quite different from what I received. Also, I thought the image appeared on both sides of the ornament, which it did not.

Not the bestThis ornament was made with the hole punched right through The picture of my daughters head. There was empty space on the side of her head if they would have just paid a little more attention to detail. Not real pleased.

Personalized OrnamentVery poor quality. Picture on the wooden surface doesn't work. The strain lines make the picture illegible.

DisappointedThe preview looked so excellent had the potential to be my favorite ornament that I ordered this year. But it looks so faded no shine to it like in the preview like someone didn't put the clear coat over it for that sheen like in the display image.

Scratched I was very disappointed with my ornaments. I ordered 10 and at least half are scratched and it looks like glue or something is on them that will not come off. They are a picture of my sister that passed this year and were supposed to be gifts for my family.

Didn’t get itYou sent to the wrong address and the post office sent it back. However I had ordered three earlier and they came to the correct address and I loved them

Disappointing The review of the product looked good; however the end product was not good. The persons head was cut off quite a bit, enough where I couldn’t give it and feel good about it. I just chose another picture and ordered another one. Quick turnaround so that was good!

Fuzzy photo ornaments By Shopper  (Dallas , TX) - December 23, 2021 I sent high quality photos and received ornaments that were not clear. This happened with 3 ornaments. Customer service said they reviewed my concerns and found nothing to be wrong. They would not allow me to send the products back and would not issue me a refund. If customer satisfaction is their highest priority and they won’t resolve the issue, there seems to be a big issue with their company. This is the last time I will shop personalization mall.

Looks awful I’m not sure what happened because I have ordered these in the past and they turned out nice. I used our very high resolution Christmas card photo and it is SO grainy and blurry I didn’t even hang it in the tree. Very disappointed.

Dark and Difficult to SeeThe ornament came out really dark and I can barely see the actual picture. There’s no border which is a little misleading when you edit your personalization so just be aware of that too!

Cropped to highI was not happy with cropping on this picture. The top of objects head was on the ornament holder . Was not not like that when I ordered. Christmas gift … ugh

It is not the same quality as the glossy one. The matte causes the picture to look like poor quality. It is a nice size, but I would not recommend the matte.

Can see lines in the ornamentthe one ornament came out great the one with both kids has lines through it.

Disappointed I’ve ordered ornaments for the last ten years so they are all the same style. This year’s photo turned out very blurry and brownish. I’m disappointed in the photo print quality this year, especially since I didn’t zoom in or add color treatment. I used the same photo for our Christmas cards from another vendor and they turned out perfectly clear and colored as expected.

3 times ...still disappointed I've been using this company for 6 or 7 years NEVER a problem ...but this particular ornament and picture didn't work. When cropped on my computer and sample you saw the cutie piebow on my baby's first Christmas... but when I received the product....the bow was cut out. PM resent ...and still the same problem .

Poor quality Color quality was bad. Hole in forehead. There should be more instructions on the pictures you use. Size etc.

very disappointedThis was my first purchase from my account, but for the past few years my wife has been ordering from this website custom made decorations for our Christmas tree. Basically, every year we order decorations that frame important moments of our family that happened during that year.
We have always uploaded high-resolution pictures shot with my high quality camera. All the pictures have always been processed on pro-grade software prior to selection.
This year, the pictures (despite tack sharp in the original files) came out extremely blurry. Maybe there's been a glitch at the stage of the server that processed my upload (from my computer screen, the preview of my upload looked good). I am surprised there was no quality control from the company, alerting me that something went wrong with the quality of my custom decorations.

Blurry photo, bad customer serviceThe final product was of a blurry photo. The photo did not look blurry in the preview. When I asked if I could upload a different photo no one responded to me.

Very Disappointed This is the 2nd year in a row that I have for ornaments that are blurry all of them. And this year I used professional photos and still blurry

Unusally dissatisfied I have bought numerous ornaments from here. ALWAYS beyond happy. This time I don't understand what happen. My ornaments turned out terrible. Talked with customer service (which by the way was amazing and helpful) got new ornaments made and delivered. Again NOT happy. have you guys changed something there on your end? I am unsure if I will us you again? I will continue to make personnel ornaments for myself, family and for gifts but not if they continue turning out like these heave. if that happens I will find another company. They turned out very blurry, here's a picture of each set I had made.
