The pictures for my ornaments were outstanding!

The 5 ornaments arrived in a timely manner. Good quality and I was pleased with them. My only downfall by ordering from your company is that FedEx is your delivery carrier. I think FedEx sucks. I had a total of three orders: two arrived and one has not. The tracking option shows that on Dec 15, it was in Berlins Wisconsin pending delivery to Pawnee. So it’s now Dec 27, and there has been no further movement via FedEx. I must state that if you continue to use FedEx, sadly I will no longer order from you. I love your business but I hate FedEx and if you change your delivery method, I am more than happy to order from you. Thx for your attention.

Bought 8 ornaments and loved them. One fell off the tree .... and didn't break!

The first ornament was very dark and you couldn’t hardly see my grandson’s face. However, after contacting Jada and sending a picture of the ornament. It was replaced and perfect! Thank you! I will definitely place an order again!

Sturdy and picture perfect. Good quality, order one every year with the family photo we take on Christmas. The only thing is the white ribbon it comes with makes the ornament pulls the tree branch down from the weight of the ornament but still worth the purchase.

The quality of this product was GREAT! The picture is clear and spaced exactly as it appeared in the preview I saw when I ordered it. I had to order it at the last minute, so I paid for faster shipping. I ordered it on a Saturday, and it was supposed to arrive Thursday. Not only did they arrive in time, but I had them in my mailbox within two days of ordering them!

Love these ornaments. I bought one for my tree and one for my daughter's tree so we both have one of my grandson/her son. We want to buy these each year. Looks great and we put a different photo of him on the back.

There is no way I could have anticipated how beautiful this ornament would be. I ordered it to be a nice remembrance for family members. When it arrived it took my breath away. The size is substantial, giving the pictures I selected for both sides room to showcase the people and background. The matte finish is so classy. It honestly looks like an ornament that costs three times what it did. This went from a "fun little remembrance" to something that will be treasured as a memory for a lifetime.

This company has always provided quality product time and time again. It is sometimes a little hard to position pictures and/or writing so their placed properly on the ornament, but when they are--it's great.

I've ordered this type before and it's so lovely. The preview looks wooden to me but it is made out of good material.

I waited way too long to order these and they still made it before Xmas!! Pictures perfect!
