Fussy Pictures & PrintI come to pmall each Christmas to purchase ornaments. This year however, the ornaments were not printed as clearly. (Same photographer for the last 4 years) I contacted customer service 3 times and uploaded pictures so that they can see the problem, and still have not heard back. Disappointed this year.

Way too darkThe picture came out way too dark on the ornament. When I contacted customer service, I was asked to send a picture which I did. They then asked for another picture because it wasn't clear. It was a cell phone pic. I asked if I could return so they could redo and no one has bothered to respond. I will not use this company again.

Not centeredIt would've been really cute but the picture is noticably off centered. It was a gift for Godparents.

Not goodBy Shopper  (Newton, NJ) - September 30, 2017 I purchased these ornaments fir my friends who are in the special photo we took last year. I was very excited to given to them this year for their trees. The quality of my photo wS perfect but the ornaments came back so dark thatbyou can only barely recognize2 of the 6 people. I contacted the company and sent them a brighter photo and they said it would still come out the same way. Do, I wasted my money as I wouldn't even give this to anyone... the photo shown is better than I received

unsatisfactoryBy Shopper  (Kennebunkport, ME) - December 20, 2016 I just received my ornament in the mail yesterday, and it was totally unacceptable. It's blurry and looks really bad. I uploaded pictures from a professional photography session, so there's no need for the end result to be short of perfect. I'm very disappointed. The product does not look like the product image - not even close.

The hole went the middle of my child's faceI've had great experiences here before. But I was disappointed with the ornament I recently bought. The pic I chose had my daughter's face very close to the top. I didn't realize the hole would go right through her face. I did not catch that before submitting my order. If this was the case, Quality Control should have caught that and sent me a message to advise me how the ornament would turn out if I moved forward with the order of that pic. I realize that I am responsible to review and finalize every order. I honestly did not see a preview area prior to ordering the item. It ruined the ornament, quite honestly. The hole goes RIGHT through the middle of her face. Had I known that, I would have picked a different photo.

Blurry photosBy Shopper  (Boise, ID) - December 6, 2016 After reviewing my product online it did not look blurry at all. I received the ornament and it is extremely blurry. I don't have time to reorder a new one. :/

Disappointed to say the least...This is my 2nd year ordering photo ornaments and I've ordered at least a dozen products from Personalization mall over the past several years. These ornaments were terrible. The circle was off-centered and the picture was blurry (although I used one from a professional photographer). Customer Service was helpful and speedy in replacing my order twice - they said my picture looked good and the preview seemed fine; unfortunately, both replacements were worse than the first order and then I gave up. I now have 9 ornaments that I couldn't give as gifts and wasted money - not even one came out good. Even the quality isn't nearly as nice as last year - the ornaments are much thinner and the paint is messed up in several spots. Don't waste your time or money!
