The picture wasn't as good as it looked online.. the kids heads were a little more cut off then it showed but it's a great ornament

I have purchased several of these over the years and this is my favorite because of the personalization on the back. This ornament is solid (aka it won't break when it's dropped) and you can clearly see the picture! The one I ordered this year, I loved so much, I ordered 2 (one for a gift, and one to keep)!!!

We get a photo ornament every year off this site and we absolutely love them. They are great quality and have lasted for years.

The picture was clear and created a perfect ornament. Each customized ornament made the perfect gift. Everyone loved it!

The ornament was beautiful and well made...the only reason I gave it a 4 was because the hanging ribbon was on the cheap side. But, that can be easily fixed. All in all a great purchase!

I changed the ornament to read 'First Grandchild' with the name, a picture of the new baby and the year. They were thrilled!

I ordered three and all were wonderful.
The only complaint I have is I had some trouble getting the right size photo which became frustrating during the customizing process.

This is my 5th time ordering an ornament within the last 3 years and the First Time I was disappointed by how the picture looked which had a blurry look to it but Thankfully the rep I spoke to was very patient and understanding which resulted my account being credited and I was able to order a replacement .

I have ordered this one several times and absolutely LOVE them! I made the mistake of ordering a glass one from another company and the quality was so poor you can barely see the picture and it didn't have near the options this one does. Also, these are not nearly as fragile as some others, so they will last a lifetime! I ended up replacing my mistake with one of these and am soooo much happier! (I still have the bad one to remind me never to do that again. :-) )

This ornament is a really cute idea and it turned out pretty nice. However, the picture came out MUCH darker than it showed online, so I wish there was a way that they could have brightened it. It was also extremely frustrating to edit this piece. Once the picture was uploaded, you had to crop it and then it just placed it in the ornament for you, and you could not move it. I had to keep going back to crop it just right. I wish that you could move the picture to re-center it once you already had it in the frame. That would have been much easier.

We spent our first Christmas as a family last year without a tree or any decorations to share with it. We decided to celebrate properly this year with a tree and start a tradition of an ornament of our son each year from the past Christmas. We couldn't have been happier with the result. I ordered this as a gift for my sister. It arrived with in a week of ordering it, which I thought was amazing! Other places I've ordered from have taken up to 6 weeks for something this personalized. Picture placement was wonderful. Ornament itself was a nice Quality, nice weight,not paper thin. I will be back for more, every year!
