I purchased this item for my daughter's paternal grandparents, they enjoy receiving some type of ornament from their granddaughter every year. The first one sent was received broken. Her Papa was able to contact the company and get a replacement mailed asap. I do wish there was a way for me to have fixed it through my original online order but it worked out okay. Her Grandparents love the ornament

When I received my order it was unfortunately broken. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new one. This is a beautiful ornament. The print was very clear.

I absolutely love the snowflake personalized photo ornament that I ordered from Personalization Mall, but the ornament arrived without a metal top and there was no way to display it. I sent an email to their customer service along with a picture of the problem and within a couple of days another ornament with all necessary parts was sitting on my door step. I had resigned myself to not being able to use the ornament with my granddaughter's picture on it this year, but Personalization Mall truly didn't let me down! Beautiful merchandise along with amazing customer service is hard to beat.
