Beautiful glossy finish! Snowflake background is the reason I picked this! The photo was perfect and personalization was as well. The velvety burgundy case is always so classy...it makes the gift so very special and unique. The shipping packaging also is extremely secure and well padded.

I absolutely love how my ornament eventually turned out! The only thing better than the customized ornament is Personalization Mall's Customer Service. I first wrote a review for 3 stars and complained about the text being off-center. Personalization Mall did not hesitate to reach out to me and try to make things right. Only about 4 days after I wrote my initial review, I was sent a package with new ornaments that fixed the previous problem. I cannot express how thankful I am for Personalization Mall to have reached out and offer to redo my ornaments FREE OF CHARGE. In the picture provided, you can see the difference between the two different ornaments they sent me (Left: Off-Center, Right: Replacement). I would definitely recommend this website to all my family and friends, and I will definitely shop here again! Thank You Personalization Mall!

A beautiful ornament depicting me and my Granddaughter. I have purchased a personalized ornament including picture of her since birth - she is 14. This ornament is heavy, the perfect size. Two sided ornament allowed me to insert name and date. A beautiful piece to my collection!

A wonderful gift to friends who lost their pet. They were so pleased with thus gift. It was wonderfully packaged.

I have created a tradition for my grandchildren this year using the snowflake ornament. The kids will get an ornament each yr with a picture of them on front and a description on back of their interest that year. The only tricky part is picking a pic that the snowflakes may cover. But I was able to do that. They turned out beautiful and durable to last throughout the years. What a treasure for them to take into their adulthood and share with their children. Keep making these!

I get my children a new personalized ornament every Christmas and usually they are so heavy I have to tie them to a branch. I also needed a first Christmas ornament for our new puppy and was able to personalize and receive the ornaments within 3 days. They are lightweight and don’t fall off the branches and are more personalized because I was able to put a picture of the puppy and my children on each of the ornaments. Very happy with the quality and price, quality and speed of delivery.

This ornament turned out much nicer than expected. Beautifully made. The turnaround was very quick. We paid for expedited shipping to get it by Christmas; they had it to us in 2-3 days.

One week before Christmas, late on Friday night I tried "major" photo websites but they couldn't deliver for weeks. So Goigle search led me to Persoaization Mall where they promised delivery in 2 days. The website was easy to navigate to upload my pictures onto the ornaments that fit my needs, I placed my order & crossed my fingers. I was VERY Pleasantly surprised to find the ornaments delivered Tuesday - Beautifully packed individually in bubble wrap and felt sacks & as perfect as pictured!!
