Ordered this as a Christmas present for my husband. The ornament was easy to design and the product mirrored the picture. The ornament, even though personalized and ordered fairly close to Christmas, came in with plenty of time to spare.

The product is beautiful it came after Christmas but we will have it to put on the Christmas tree next Christmas. In the meantime we will hang it on the mantel.

I am not sure how, but the first ornament that was delivered was dark and you could not make out the picture. I would have thought this issue would have been seen before shipping. I reached out to the company and after reviewing the issue, they immediately produced another ornament which was much better. This ornament was delivered quickly and all is well. I have and will continue to use this company for all of my personalization items

We bought the 2 sided photo ornaments as remembrance keepsakes with my parents picture on them. My mother put a personal message on the back to all of her kids and grandchildren. They are absolutely beautiful. Each one also comes in an individual drawstring pouch to protect your ornament from damage. I highly recommend if you are looking for a thoughtful personal gift for a loved one.
