I loved the personalized ornament I had made for my son. Size was great, and plenty of room on the opposite side to add a note of substance. It comes in a great velvet bag, so I'd skip the gift box but having myself added it, it was also a nice added touch. It took only days to be delivered.

The original ornament I received had a couple of blemishes on it. I took a photo of it, sent it to their Customer Service, and they replaced it with a new one in time for Christmas. I had ordered two others which arrived perfectly the first time.

Beautiful ornament. I ordered the largest size and it was a nice big (not too heavy at all) ornament and the picture looked so pretty on it. I preferred matte and was not disappointed.

The ornament was beautiful and just as previewed. It came so quickly I didnt have to worry about it missing Christmas. The only thing that could be adjusted is the cost of the box for the ornament, very pricey.
