The only thing I was worried about was that the photo would come out blurry or pixely, but when I received the final product it was perfect - 5 stars all the way! Loved the ornaments and they were shipped real fast. I had a little trouble with croping but I was using my phone but nect time I would use my computer but the ornaments thenselves are really nice

I ordered several personalized photo ornaments for Christmas presents.
I chose the matte finish one sided round ornament with the Snowflake border surrounding my uploaded personal family photo.
The ornaments arrived in perfect condition and were exactly as I had created them. The quality of the ornaments were very nice. Included with each ornament was a protective velvet like bag. Excellent. When I had difficulty navigating the website at first, I called Customer Service who was very efficient and helpful.

I order a version of these every year and capture what my children asked Santa for. My oldest enjoyed reading off each one before hanging them all on the tree this year. Though he did realize that for that for the past four years he has asked for a dog and Santa has not delivered:)
