The items came quickly and I was very impressed. They were not what I expected. For some reason I thought they would have been lighter in weight and just a little larger but I thought they were beautiful and I loved them. They will make a perfect gift.

I got these for Christmas gifts for the parents and grandparents of my family and they were perfect, the ornaments were so much nicer then I thought they were going to be. They even came in small velvet bags which I was not expecting and it was that little touch that made me like my decision to go with Personalization Mall so much more. 3 yrs ago I started a tradition of ordering a family ornament when I married my husband. I wanted something special that includes both of our daughters w/a picture & date. I really like this ornament. It’s sturdy and not thin. I used it as a Memorial for our cat that just die.
