 Used to be betterBy Shopper  (Boerne, TX) - December 17, 2016 I have bought ornaments from this site for several years for the grandparents and always been very happy. This year though I was a little disappointed. The writing on the ornaments was hard to read and even the picture itself seemed a little dull. And this year the string for the ornament was not attached it was just included which took me some time to tie all the ribbons on and redo them several times to try and get a decent bow. Still a great present.

Cute! By Shopper (Las Vegas, NV) - December 16, 2016 I like everything about this ornament except the writing is too thin. You hae to get very close to see/read it. I wish they had used a bolder type...it then would have been a 5 star item.

Great Customer Service We received the ornaments and the writing was faded on the back. One call to Margie and the situation was taken care of.

2 sided ornament I had some trouble getting the photo placed. I think I should have been able to move the photo so the hole was not in the head. Despite having 3 pictures it would not allow me to lower the photo or crop the photo to fit properly. I ordered several and this was the only one I had problem fitting the photo. I tried several ornaments also.

Photo size Again, I wish it was a little bigger or the uploaded photo was sized better. It looks a little squished and the hole was right through a forehead

Good quality Loved the way the ornaments turned out. Good quality and pictures and text were very well done. I did not like the material for hanging the ornament. Changed it to nice ribbon and it is gorgeous!

Christmas gift Very excited to give this to my kids this year. Love the ornaments from Personalizationmall.com. One complaint, this ornament didn't have a ribbon attached to it like they usually do, so I had to make one.

Nice Gift I made this for my daughter's teacher for Christmas! For the price they were very cute. I would have like the image to be clearer, but they will still make good gifts.

Cute but not what I expected The design was really cute. The downfall was that the whole picture was blurry, the label/our names at the bottom are hard to read with little contrast.

Words not very clear The photo was printed nicely on this, but the white lettering needs to be darker - you can barely read it on the ornament.

Photo ornament It's a nice ornament however the writing is too light and you can hardly see it.

Ornaments Just didn't like how large the hole is for string to run through the ornament. Most of my pictures had a hole through the top of the head. This ruined the look of the ornament. I managed to get a few ornaments that looked good. Liked the quality of the ornament

 Ordered betterI order an ornament every year. This year- the picture and writing on the back was so blurry. And I had to tie the ribbon myself (not a big deal- but made it feel overall cheap for something that is not cheap). Bummer because last 3 years prior I had beautiful ornaments made. Not sure if it's this particular one or just how they are printed in general

Blurry photo The photo printed blurry, and I submitted a high resolution file.

Blurry Photo Received my ornaments in 2 different styles; photo was blurry on the Christmas ornament. I uploaded a studio portrait to use on it. Customer Service at PM was extremely generous in sending me a replacement; however, the second ornament came out just as blurry, and looks identical to the first one. The previews showed a great picture; but the finished product is blurry.
I also ordered six memorial ornaments with a different photo and they came out PERFECT!
Customer service was great; I'm just very disappointed in the Christmas ornament.

Adorable, BUT Just wish there was a little more wiggle room for the hole in the head.
