i was pleased with this Personalized Ornament. The picture looked great on it. Only objection it could have been bigger. But it was a perfect memory frozen in time on a Christmas Ornament or just hanging it anywhere, Definitely would recommend this item.

very nice ornament. ordered it for my cousin. my phone autocorrected engagement to engegment and no one at personalizationmall.com changed it or questioned it. when i called they said they do not judge how people spell things. i know that i should have caught it myself but it would be nice if they reviewed the products before shipping them out to catch a mistake like this. i had even contacted customer service to add a message to the gift which would have been a great chance to confirm the spelling. i know it is out of the norm but a few extra steps to confirm something was incorrect would have made this gift 10 times better.

My fiancé and I are sharing our first Christmas together in our own place this year and needed a first ornament for that and this was perfect! It is so beautiful and I expected it to feel cheap but it wasn't. It's heavy and durable. Only thing I can say I didn't like too much was the quality of the photo on this. I don't know if it was the photo I chose or the way they transferred it to the Ornament, and it's hardly noticeable so overall I'm pleased with this!!

It was nice except the hole placement was partially through her face.

I really like the ornament. Looks very classy. Only wish a color choice for background was available.

This turned out pretty nice. I gave it 4 stars because the color was a little off, but I thought maybe that had to do with my monitor (though I have ordered picture items from PM before and the coloring was fine....). Overall it is very pretty - exactly what I wanted!

Cute ornament. It was nice to give the couple something with their engagement picture on it. The personalization is fainter than I would have liked it, though.

I bought this for an upcoming shower (I had also purchased one for my daughter who is about to get married), and was very pleased with it.

This ornament was a little thinner than I had expected, and the personalization could have been a bit darker for easier viewing. I thought the process of adding the photo, at the time I ordered, was tedious and then you can't really tell what size the photo would be. That being said, I liket that there is an engagement ornament available, and it was done correctly. The string attached for hanging is very nice, and the photo, although a little larger than I like, was clear, colorful and looked good.

This is beautiful and I can't wait to give it as part of a wedding gift. My only complaint is that the font is a little smaller than I expected.

I was very impressed with this ornament. It was a gift for our daughter and future son-in-law on their recent engagement. This will be a lasting memory for them for years to come.. I gave it a 4 because the circle to hold the ribbon was through his forehead. They really loved their gift. It made a wonderful Christmas present. Made very well and the script was lovely.

This is a very modern looking ornament. It is very subtle and loving. I wish they gave you a chose of a different color.

I searched for an engagement ornament that would be appropriate for my mom and her fiance (both second marriages). This one was the most elegant I could find to fit a couple who was older and knew they didn't want something that looked flashy. The quality met my expectations and my mom loved it. I would recommend it.

Great present for my newly engaged friends. I was a little disappointed the written side shows a noticeable line across it making it appear cracked from the inside,but she was happy over all. I just wish the line wasn't there. Arrived on time for Christmas. Thanks so much!

I bought this as a gift for my fiancé. We recently got engaged and I thought this would be perfect to hang on our Christmas tree. Overall I absolutely love it. It seems durable and high quality. My fiancé and everyone else absolutely love it! The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that when we received the ornament the picture printed on it had a few white specks in the printing where there shouldnt have been because they weren't in the picture... But overall love it otherwise!

I loved the way it looked when it arrived. Was a little put off that the original photo wouldn't center and it chopped off the grooms head but was still elated about the final product.

Loved the ornament but didn't know photo would be printed in black and white.

loved this ornament other than the ribbon to hang. the ribbon seemed a little cheap and the ornament I ordered had a small chip out of it. great gift for engagement or wedding.

I ordered this ornament to give to friends to celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary. It is very hard to find anything for a 35th anniversary and this personalized ornament was exactly what I was looking for!
It is more taupe than silver, like I thought it was and I wish the lettering was a bit darker and bolder, but I know there isn't much space to work with.
Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and know my friends will love it!

I ordered this item to be gift wrapped for $5. It came in a box with a black ribbon on it, but was not wrapped. Save yourself $5 and don't chose the option for gift wrap

I purchased this ornament as my husband and I get one new personalized or special ornament each Christmas. It's a very lovely ornament and I was pleased with the quality and the amount of wording I could request. The only thing I wish would've been specified is that it appears to be gray & white with dark gray writing in the photo, but it has more of a champagne/beigey tint to it. Our tree decorations are silver & black, so I thought it would match perfectly when I thought it was predominantly gray. Once it's on the tree, it's difficult to tell that it's not quite gray, so I am still very pleased.

Thought this was very classy looking, not cutesy like so many other ornaments.

Very quick turnaround arrived in 5 days. Limited font availability makes some letters hard to read but overall very nice looking.

I purchased this for my husband to be. He claims I was not excited on the night he proposed. I got a little something to show I was. He adores it.

It's very cute but the picture is a little blurry

The photo came out okay, except for the hole in my son's forehead for the string to hang the ornament. I think that looks pretty bad. I'm not sure if there is anything else that could be done.
