Order #1008465046. The frame arrived without the glass. I sent an email to SERVICE as soon as it arrived. I am waiting for a reply.
I have ordered several of these frames and have never had an issue.
I hope this can be reconciled before the party.

The frame I received was horribly made. The wood was so poor that the engraving was so light and you cannot see the details (words) at all. They remade it for me and sent another poor quality frame. Sadly, I will not be able to order from this company anymore. I have been a customer for over 9 years, and had always received great frames, but this last year and a half they have been sending bad frames. I had to beg quality management to send me a third frame so we will see how this one turns out.
