The frames exceeded my expectations. I have purchased other frames before but I really like the rose and great color and especially the speed by which the frame was delivered. Purchased as a gift and it is a wonderful keepsake.

The personalized baby frame was even more beautiful than pictured. It is my daughter's favorite gift. Nothing beats a personalized one of a kind gift and the service and speed of delivery are unbeatable!

However this time it did not even come with a glass for the picture only a skimpy piece of plastic spoiling the effect of gift

Front of frame met expectations. However, on back of frame there are two flimsy
tabs to hold picture in frame--these tabs could have been made of better

Love the format and the quality of this personalized frame. One drawback is that I’d like to be able to choose the fonts used. I’m not impressed with the font used for the last name. It’s ok but there are so many options out there that I’d pick something different

These really look nice and they make a great gift if your looking for something special and not too pricey as a newborn gift for a non family member. I recently bought 2 for my clients and they seemed thrilled that the babies full name appeared along with all the birth information and the color choices will work with any nursery design. I've purchased these frames 4 times now and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I have not followed up with my prior purchases to see if they held up, I am only speaking for my satisfaction out of the box and the recipients reaction to the gift.

I requested different words than date of birth, weight, etc. This was a shower gift and baby had not been born yet. It came out so cute! The quality is good. My only complaint would be the backing board behind where the picture goes does not fig snug which causes it to slip around.

I would of given a 5 but it says oz where inches should be

I have been buying products from PersonalizationMall for many years and have always been very pleased with the items. I have bought at least 12 baby frames and people always love them. The only thing I would of liked different is the line with the date of birth ... spelling out the month would look much better to me than just the date in numerical style. 1-12-17 is repeated so many times, it's overkill! January 12, 2017 would be much nicer. Other than that, it's great.

I love the colors and design of this frame and the frame itself is good quality. I just wish the letters were a little sharper. They seem a little bit fuzzy but not bad. I would still order this again.

The representation of the color was a little off, I expected more of a baby pink, but the rest was great.

Bought as a gift and absolutely love it as did the recipients. I only wish the Baby's Birth Date was displayed more prominently. I wish the Birth Date was in the size of the Time of Birth and the Time of Birth was smaller since the Birth Date to me is more important. It is a small complaint and I will still be ordering more.

I decided to design and buy this on a whim. It got rave reviews from relatives at the christening! The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating was that it is a lot bigger than it looked and the photo area seems smaller. Also, it is quite heavy, and the glass edges are sharp, when you disassemble the frame. However, it's simple to follow the design instructions, and I used a simple paper replica of the baby's photo taken off Facebook to place in it. Fun to do, and much appreciated by the recipients.

This was ordered as a gift for a friend. It is a nice quality and all of the letters & numbers are very clear. It is also a nice size. The only complaint I have is when I unfastened the back & took the small piece of glass out, there was a small chip in the corner of the glass. It wasn't noticeable when the picture was in the frame so it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely purchase this item again.

In my opinion the pink Color is a little off. Otherwise I love the product.

Very cute personalized frame. Perfect gift!

I purchased this frame for a friend who just had a baby. It is beautiful. My only complaint and why I did not give it 5 stars was because the last name is not as centered as it is shown on the preview. A few of the top of the letters were cut off yet there was enough space that the letters could have been moved down before printing. Other than that, it is a perfect gift and I can't wait to give the gift to my friend!

Colors are lighter than my last purchases. By making the gray so light, the white and pink lettering are difficult to read.

I thought the colors would be more vibrant

I have been ordering this frames as a gift for years. Recently they are not as high of quality. Plastic instead of glass, overall quality has gone down. Disappointing.

It was very pretty, however there was no glass in the frame just plastic that keeps falling out. There was no option that I seen to add glass, but why wouldn’t there be glass or something of substance because it is a picture frame!

I have been ordering these frAmes for years and didn’t see the fine print in the description that they recently have changed the finish to a matte with painted edges. disappointed in this change and that this wasn’t more clearly highlighted when I ordered.

I have bought 3 of these before and loved them! I just got my 4th one and disappointed. It looks very cheap and not as good of quality as the others. Definitely not cheap in price though!

I previously ordered this frame and was very satisfied, but they have made some lower quality changes. The production was also of lower quality and they made it 3 times to get the color and imperfections corrected. I hope they improve the quality of this darling frame so I can make future purchases.

The product itself is great and this is the 4th one I'm buying. It makes a great gift for baby blessing. The problem is with a short surname like my most recent purchase it looks unbalanced. Trying to find an alternative now as my gift.

Perfect gift for a co-worker!

The frame looks just like it does on the website. Colors are accurate and the print is nice. Unfortunately, there were a few light scratches on ours when we received it. They are noticeable when light shines on the frame.
