The product itself is great and this is the 4th one I'm buying. It makes a great gift for baby blessing. The problem is with a short surname like my most recent purchase it looks unbalanced. Trying to find an alternative now as my gift.

Perfect gift for a co-worker!

The frame looks just like it does on the website. Colors are accurate and the print is nice. Unfortunately, there were a few light scratches on ours when we received it. They are noticeable when light shines on the frame.

Ipurchased baby girl frame, the only thing I don't like is this baby doesn't have a middle name so when I got the frame the first name was way over to the side by the date,length,width and the last name was at the bottom. The names were mot put on in a way that it looked like something was missing. I guess when they put leters on frame they don't allow that someone might not have a middle name to move the other letters over to fill that space in a more uniform way. Now I have to come up with something to add to frame to fill that awkward space.

I was very disappointed with these frames (3 total) I ordered to celebrate my newest granddaughter's birth. I have previously purchased this frame for my first two grandchildren (in Oct 2017 and Jan 2020) and this most recent frame is definitely poorer quality. It is thinner, flimsier and the first name is faint it's barely readable from six feet away. I have also purchased these frames for friends and now I am embarrassed for the quality of gift I sent them! It is unfortunate because i don't think buy another one!

Not happy with the product it looks cheap and poorly made. Truly disappointed the frame is shiny and too busy plus the picture holder in the back doesn't seem to stay in place at all.

I've bought a lot of items from Personalization.com and this is the one thing I didn't like. I think the pink is too brash, especially for a baby frame. I loved the concept, just not the color. It looks different from the website.

So disappointed! I’ve purchased the same frame 2 different times in the past and those were way better quality. They used to be a hard glass frame that was shiny and way more durable. Now it is just a wood frame that’s painted so it can scratch off the information. Very unhappy that it doesn’t match my other 2 frames and it was described the same way.

This frame is not at all what I was hoping for. I have ordered the same frames 2x in the past and they are both a glass/hard finish that is shiny on the frame itself. This time it’s just plain wood with the information painted on it. Not nearly the quality I was expecting and it was not described any differently than my previous purchases. Not shiny at all and it will scratch off information very easily. Very disappointed.

I have bought this frame 3 times for my daughters. The most recent one was terrible quality and such a big difference from the nice product I ordered just last year. Very disappointing.

I hate to write a bad review, but have to in the hopes that P Mall will bring back the old picture frames. I have to agree with Rachel's review on December 20th. I have been a loyal customer buying these frames for years and the quality has always been great. I just received the frame and the new frame construction is really bad. The redesigned frame looks cheap. They changed the beautiful glossy finish to matte. The glass photo insert is now plastic. The easel was not securely attached and moving around. The P Mall sticker on the easel does not come off and was a sticky mess. The "distressed" look around the outside edges and around the picture looks sloppy. It isn't a solid black line all around, it looks scuffed. I buy these as gifts for clients and was totally disappointed and can't even bring myself to give it to them. I am begging you, please bring back the old frames!!!

I have bought this frame many times in the past and the quality has always been great. Well, I just received two more that I had purchased and the quality is now junk! They redesigned the frame and it looks cheap and matte instead of glossy and durable.... not to mention they replaced the glass photo insert with plastic? And yet, they are charging the same price?? Why change a good thing? Honestly, I don’t think I will be buying from PM anymore and I have been a loyal customer for many years.
