When I purchased this frame when my niece had her baby two years ago, it came out beautifully; so when I wanted a frame for my goddaughter's new baby, I decided to purchase the same frame again. My order arrived promptly, but there were a couple of minor nicks in the printed border. I contacted Personalization Mall regarding the issue, submitted a couple of pictures showing the damage, and in no time, a replacement frame was on the way to me. I was very happy with the prompt response and no-hassle replacement. The new frame is beautiful and I will definitely be ordering from PM again!
