The frame is more beautiful than it appeared online. It was exactly as I designed it. Promised to arrive within 7 days - was here in 4 (which included a weekend). I'll definitely be ordering more frames from PersonalizationMall.com and recommending this site to my friends and family.

I ordered this frame for my son's first child. It is just gorgeous. I was able to get it in the colors they used for the room decor; gray and blue. It arrived very quickly and was a beautiful gift for the new parents!

It is a perfect gift. The frame is very well done.

I was looking for the perfect gift for a first child with a unique name. I have looked before at premade personalized things...key chains, ornaments, toothbrushes, wrapping paper....and it never fails... You get a handful in the common names but put them all back because it's missing that one child's unique name!!! This picture frame is beautiful but there was a nick in the paint. I didn't go through the trouble of returning. I do feel when you pay for something it should be perfect. I love the frame and it is hanging up. I am just disappointed in the quality.

cute gift for my new nephew. Doesn't look quite like the picture and doesn't look quite as nice as the picture but okay as a gift.

This frame is nice and the preview represents the product you'll receive accurately as to color and print, etc.
The features I was not as happy with were that the last name at the bottom of the frame and the middle name on the right side of the frame are not centered on the frame's length & width. The last & middle names of the baby I bought for were only 4 letters so it did not create a balanced look for the frame. I also suggest that the date of birth be in larger print and the time of birth smaller. Just my preferences. It is still a lovely keepsake at a good price.

Colors, font and print of picture are perfect. Really 4.5 stars. A little shy of 5 because metal clasp didn't hold picture and I had to tape it. It is a wonderful newborn gift.

I have ordered this product twice before when it was not all wood. I wish they wouldn't have changed the material. The wood frame color matches the preview and was well done. This frame makes a nice gift. I would order this again.

My only complaint was there is no glass, only a plastic sheet that your photo goes under. I feel for the amount of money this frame cost, there should be a piece of glass to help protect your photo.

the frame is very nice. A few concerns. The flaps that hold the picture in place are not tight enough and the back of the frame falls off occasionally. Also I have bought similar frames for the past 5 years for my 5 grandchildren the most current frame is not like the rest of them It is more wood like The previous ones have a shiney finish. I have one more grandchild due in August and will be purchasing another frame. Not sure if it will be like the last frame I ordered or the previous ones.
