I ordered one of these 4 years ago for grandson now I ordered same thing for 2nd grandson but it came and wasn’t the same very disappointed I wanted them to be the same. It was bigger by about 2 inches and had white around edges instead of black and not shiney (glossy) like 1st one was matte

My friend just had her 3rd son. I bought this frame for the first 2 - same color, etc. I bought one last week for her 3rd. They changed the frame from glossy to mat and painted the sides white instead of black. The 3 are grouped together but the new one stands out like a sore thumb. Too bad I did not have the option to get the 3rd identical to the first 2. Just kind of ruins it.

The frame edges look like it was dropped and there was a scratch on the frame. I am going to try to paint and repair it before I give to my daughter for Christmas. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

I was charged for a frame that your company sent me unfinished. Then you give me 14 dollars backand some change like that was my mistake. What you should gave done was sent me the right frame.

The frame was so much woody I didn't care for the frame the first one I had ordered back in 2017 it was beautiful but this frame was horrible.
