 Monogram doormatVery thin. I was expecting it to be thicker for the price. $19.99 on sale. Reg. $29.99. I do think it would have looked better with the rubber around it but that was an additional cost.

Pretty Mat The mat was very pretty. Looks so nice right before you walk into the house. I would have rated it a 5 but I found 3 small holes in the mat. I did call customer service and they are sending me a new one at no charge and I can keep the old one. The service was fast and shipping was fast. I hope the new one has no holes.

When I went to buy the item, thinking it was one price, I ended up paying double for two items, the mat and the border. It is a good item and it is very nice, just wish that they were more honest.

Door mat Doormat arrived super fast although the smell through the box was horrible. Had to literally take the mat out and has to hang it outside for days to lose the smell before giving it as a gift.

Insert By Shopper (Maineville, OH) - September 29, 2015 I liked the looks of the mat but the insert does not attach to the rubber mat. It fits loose and slides around, not practical for use.

I was not impressed with the quality at all. I understand that there is a certain nostalgia behind a personalized gift, but it should also have value. This product was just cheap and basically ineffective for any useful purpose. Not to mention WAY overpriced!

Nice mat but is not assembled By Shopper (Richboro, PA) - December 12, 2020 This is a nice welcome mat but it does not attach to the rubber tray mat which I also purchased. It was delivered as 2 separate pieces. I was expecting the 2 pieces to come glued together. It was a gift for someone and I probably would not order this again for this reason.

Avoid Beige color The light beige color personalized door mat shows all the dirt. After only 2 days it looked horrible by front door. When we first opened it, we loved it. Wrong color selection.

The mat not attached. The rubber undermat does not affix to the part with the name on it. It come as two pieces. Since it comes rolled in box the ends stick up and does not lay flat. I worry someone will trip on it. I guess I will need to buy some adhesive to keep it down.

Does not fit as standard insert Nice rug, but does not fit as standard insert. Too small by itself.

 Foot MatBy Shopper (Cherry hill, NJ) - September 26, 2020 Initially, the product never made it to its destination. A second item had to be reordered. This item had an enormous stain at the base. Suffice to say, I will not be using this site in the future.

unreturnable merchandise I purchased this as a wedding present for my daughter and when it arrived she was not happy with the quality and safety of it as it came in two pieces and was not well anchored and she called customer service to inquire about returning it for a refund and was told no refund because it was personalized.
You are a personalized product company if you don't guarantee your products then what is the incentive to purchase products from you. As far as I'm concerned that is money thrown away.

Not happy THE MONOGRAM ANX WORDS ON THE MAT WERE NICE LOOKING AND WELL DONE. BUT THE OVER ALL SIZE AND QUALITY OF THE MAT DID NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS.

Fades Fast Looked great when it came in the mail, but it didn't take long for it to fade. Very disappointed it did not last.

What a mistake getting this... Extremely disappointed in this item. I not only bought the doormat but also the holder that goes around it. Lets start off by saying it was ruined and filthy before I even walked on it. I put it outside and it rained that night and instantly it was ruined. Highly disappointing. It is filthy and no way of cleaning it. Once it was wet I could not get it back to it's original color. Then you add walking on it and it's awful. I put it out on my back porch so no one could see it.
