This is really a lovely, very light weight spa robe and the monogramming is nice as well. It is, however, NOT plus sized. The robe I received is marked XXL, which is more of a missy size XXL, and my robe does not correspond to the measurements listed in the description. I do, however, like the robe very much so I will install a 2-way zipper down the front for more room. Overall, good quality and cute but not plus sized.

Size run small, poor quality.

I enjoyed the robes. They were for a friend gift for spa day. Not happy about the one size fits all. One was way too loose on one person and the other one barely fit. Quality good but you need better sizing.

The robes we’re OK in quality and the color was vibrant the actual plus sizes are not really plus size. If you need a 2XL I would suggest you buy a 3 or 4 xl so that the robe fits correctly. The Embroidering was spot on.

Unfortunately this robe is not unisex, my partner and I got them and the quality is amazing but I cannot wear mine because it barely gets past my waist… really disappointed

Lower quality than I was expecting. I don't see them surviving many wash cycles. Will see!!

Not what I expected for 50 bucks. Seems cheaply made .

I love my item but gave it 3 stars because of the one size fits all. We all know we are not one size. I could not buy one for my niece because of the sizing.

I have previously ordered two of these robes as gifts. The recipients have seemed pleased; however I recently ordered two more, including one for myself.
Sorry, but I must let you know that after many years of being a customer, this is my first disappointment.
The fabric is not good quality, and is still rather stiff, even after washing. The workmanship is lacking. There are frayed edges and strings hanging from seams.
Also, after actually seeing this product, I would never have paid that much for less-quality item.
Definitely not the norm for your company.

The items were okay overall but I wanted the robe color to be Cotton Candy Pink not Hot pink as the picture showed. I ordered it for my daughter to take to college and all of the other items in her bedroom will be light pink so I wanted matching Robe, Slippers, Makeup bag and the Laundry bag all to be light pink. The website was kind of misleading but I guess she will have to live with it since all the pieces have her name engraved on them.

Bags are pretty but much smaller than what it looks in the picture

Was a lot smaller than I thought and not lined so there is no "support/structure" to the bag.

The fabric is thinner that I expected for the price over $30.00. However, I like the embroidered name! I wish that this could be returned because the quality of the robe may not be able to be satisfactory as a gift.

I'm only giving this three stars because the robe doesn't fit me very well. I'm 5'10" and at a size 20, and it's too small for me (bride), but they would definitely fit my bridesmaids who will love them!! The squared stitch makes it look fabulous and the kimono style is super cute!!

I ordered this robe for my college-aged niece for when she studies abroad in Scotland this fall; I assumed it was knee length. The photo shows the whole robe, but you don't realize that's the entire robe. (See the photo I've attached.) She likes it but I don't know if I would have ordered it if I had know it was a "shortie"! (I got the slippers, too, which are cute.)

While the product is nice, the quality is just okay. It's very thin so the price for the quality is not very good. This product should only be $25 tops. I am giving this to my bridesmaids as a gift, I have not given it yet so I am not sure what their reaction will be. But as of right now, this product is just okay.

I bought this for my 13 year old daughter for Christmas expecting it to be a "one size fits all" when we received it it was extremely small and very short.

Bought 5 of these robes for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding day. Product was a lot thinner then I thought it was going to be. Wish the quality was a little better.

The robe is cute, but I do think it's a bit pricey for what you get. The material is thin and it's not really very soft. I am only 5 feet tall and the robe is short on me, and since it's only in one size I wouldn't recommend for someone tall. I do think this makes a nice gift, but just be aware it doesn't look like you spent $40 on it.

Ordered this one for me. I am five feet tall. Love the color and the personalizaation. Loved the length (below knee)until after washing. It shrunk about four inches, length and width. I was going to order one for each of my friends, but will not do that now as they are taller than I am. Unfortunate the robe is not larger to start with. The large/extra large fits like a medium robe.

This was a gift it showed up on time and looking even better in person than it did online. Tottaly pleased

Received this item today. Somewhat disappointed, I thought it was much bigger and stronger/thick material. Very nice colour and engraving though.

I ordered this for a friend of mine. It's a great gift, as long as whoever you're buying it for isn't a "larger" person.

It will probably fit up to a size large in regular clothing but if you are ordering this for a busty or larger woman I would be careful of the "one size"...

quality of the robe itself was good,as expected.This was to be Christmas gift for my daughter.The spacing between the monogram letters is off.The N is closer to the B than the A is.This is very noticeable & customer service denied my request to replace it with appropriate spacing.I’m stuck with an inferior product that I can’t gift or give away because it has my daughters initials on it.I will be sharing pic and customer service response on social media to advise against buying from this company

The color, quality and monogram were excellent, but the robe was very small! I have worn "one size" items before but this robe seemed like it was made for a child not an adult. I couldn't even close it! I can't give it away since my name is on it! I am so disappointed!

Too small

Might be my mistake for ordering white, but I can’t see a college girl wanting to wear this with how see-through the material is. Other than that, it looks okay. Same texture as the laundry bag we ordered for thei high school graduate.

I wear XL/1X and this was not a plus size at all, wouldn't even close in the front. I can't imagine if someone wore a 2X or 3X. Since I had a monogram I cannot return. Wanted to let others know so they don't make the same mistake. Of course the monogram was beautiful as always just runs very small for a plus size.

Nice enough but too pricey for what it is. Need to buy something more make the gift more impressive.
