I love the fact that the engraving came out so nice on this travel case! It's a gift and I am pleased that it looks so nice.

I bought this for a friend of mine who travels a great deal during the year and he liked it very much. I would definitely recommend this item.

Turned out nicely and the monogram was well done. Quality of kit not quite a nice as I had expected but nevertheless nice.

Good size, nice monogramming. My only complaint is with the shipping charges. This item was shipped flat and is very light. $8.00 seems high for shipping especially with so many other companies shipping free.

Could have been a bit bigger but a great gift for the price!

I bought this as part of a grad school graduation gift for my husband. Unfortunately, I probably should have splurged on the leather one. The embroidery was beautiful and the color really stood out. I thought the quality of the bag was similar to one included with most a luggage sets. It is okay, but nothing exciting. He travels on business and only time will tell how it holds up to constant use.

I know they give the dimensions, but the item was just a bit smaller than I expected. Still good for short trips or for a man who doesn't carry too much. I haven't given it to my husband yet, but I'm hopeful that his shaver will fit in with all his other toiletries.

Appearance wise, it is quite nice. I did ivory embroidery on black... the thread looks whiter than I thought it would, but it still looks great. Like my husband is going to notice or care that it might be white?!

Nice item... we'll see about durability, but it seems well made.

The travel bag is bigger than I expected and the embroidery looks good.

I was really happy with the item itself, however the embroidered letters came out two slightly different sizes which I was obviously not happy with.

I was disappointed that the lettering on my item was much smaller than last time I had ordered the same item. It was the same bag !!!!

I purchased two of these as Christmas gifts for two teenage boys. The embroidery was beautiful-TOP QUALITY; however, the bag itself is very low quality and not very big. I know there is another toiletry bag choice which I wish I would have gone with instead and would suggest that others pay a few more dollars to see if the second one is better quality.

The item arrived in good time, with the requested personalization, and it looks good! It is a little on the you-better-treat-it-gently side of the fence, though. I would posit that using it going from bedroom to bathroom it would suffice, but if you needed it to be in a gym bag and experience the rough-and-tumble of going from home to the gym, it would not be substantial enough to last more than a couple of months.
Good thing gyms are closed...

My son loved it-but i was disappointed in the handle-it barely fit mine-i felt if a man wanted to carry it should be bigger. Also the material is a little cheap.

It was ok. I don’t think it was worth the money. The material was in the thin side.

I ordered three of these cases for men and two for women as gifts, and they are just ok. I have never had mediocre products from Personalizationmall.com previously, and I have been buying for many years, but these will not be our favorite gifts from thee.

The personalization is top notch, but the overall quality of the kit and material is not what I expected.

It’s a cheap travel/cosmetic bag. Frabic isn’t that great. It’s also pretty small.

A little small,the bag has a taper to the top. Don't believe it hold as much.

For the most part I am happy with the product. One of the bags the embroidery is somewhat off centered but other than that no complaints.

it looks like it will do what it is needed to do. we haven't used it yet. it is made from very thin material and might not last too long. well constructed and nicely personalized but very thin material. definitely will have to be careful what will be put in it. also it only came in black. i would have liked to have gotten it in a nice tan or brown color. most of your selections for cosmetic cases and these travel cases only come in a couple of choices for colors or just the one black color. it would be nice if you could offer more of a variety of colors for both woman and men. the more expensive items come in nicer colors but i can't afford to pay alot more for a better color.

Bag came out nice, seems some what durable. My only concern are the loose stitching around handle on the bag. I tried cutting them to look better, this is a gift, but more came loose. ???

The bag was smaller than I thought. But the service was great. Needed the item quickly for a high school graduate gift.

I ordered six toiletry cases for my nephews. Overall they were nice, but a little flimsy in weight. The monogramming was better on some than on others. One was especially disappointing. The stitches were not tight on the lettering almost like the thread was running out. The threads were sticking out of the lettering and it was overall VERY messy. I ordered in plenty time that I would not have to worry about receiving them for Christmas, but I don't have time to send the one back. Kind of embarrassed to give it to my nephew, but I guess someone rushed thru the job to get them out. First time ever that I had this situation with your company. Doesn't look quite like the picture shown.

I purchased this for my husband for a Valentines Day gift. He had been asking for one for a long time. Its nice but very flimsy and not as nice as I suspected it would be. I should have purchased the leather one for a little bit more money. Hopefully he likes it anyways.

The travel case was fine, however, the embroidering could have been a little better. There were loose threads that I had to cut off myself.

Not bad, but I wish the quality was better, since I will be giving it as a gift. Arrived with several loose threads on the embroidering, which I had to snip off.

not as creative and classy as other personalization mall gifts but still as versatile and affordable. the quality if good. waterproof inside. the design for the bag itself and initials are just a little boring in terms of color and lack of pattern. i'd definitely still buy it again like most things on personalization mall. but it could be made a little more interesting with different patterns and colors and personalization initials/name / font

it's flimsier than I thought it would be, doesn't stand up like the one in the picture. Hopefully it will once it is full of items.

I recently ordered this item for my brother. When I received the product, I was disappointed in the quality of the item. I feel like the quality is not worth the price of the product. I did get the bag personalized with my brother's initials, which makes it look better, but still not happy with the overall product.

Size is smaller than indicated.

I had 8 of these embroidered with my groomsman's initials (2-3 letters each). The embroidery is flawless; font is a dull. I wish they offered additional fonts that would give the bags more pizazz/personality. I played it safe with white threading. The bags are long enough to accommodate aerosol hair spray or deodorant (which makes or breaks a travel bag, in my opinion). I hope the bags will conjure up fond memories each and every time they are used. I plan on filling them with goodies for the bachelor party (little bottles of booze and travel size toiletries). I am satisfied with my purchase and would buy here again. Received tracking info promptly and order was delivered quickly with no mistakes.

The product came to me with the name embroidered shut to the zipper so you could not open the zipper. The only reason I gave a second star was because I did barely recieve it on 12/24, even though I was told 12/23. when I called the person on the phone seemed very disinterested and bored, barely said anything or apologetic about what happened. and the shipping was very high!

It is smaller that I thought and looks a little chintzy to give as a gift. Disappointed.

The Z looks more like a L.

Although the embroidering was very nicely done, the product itself is very cheap. I was disappointed that it had a strong odor of plastic. I tried to return it, but was told that products could only be returned if there was a defect.
