Smaller than I expected

Ordered the ornament with the black background on the back, and the date was not readable with the colors used (grey on black). The writing was clear on the preview. I was told they couldn't reprint because it would come out the same way in a reprint. With a reorder with the white background, and everything was very clear. Choose the white background!

I got exactly what was shown on my screen. Excellent quality!!! Love it!!!

The picture quality was great. I love the fact that this ornament is two-sided. Great quality. I will order again.

I was really impressed with the overall quality of the ornament. It looks and feels like it is expensive, yet it isn't. The clarity of the photo is great! The velvet bag to store it in is a nice touch too. I bought one last year with the proposal picture of my son and his fiance and then bought one this year of their wedding picture. Both were gifts for them and they loved them. Great keepsake since the days of them making me ornaments at school are long over!

Love them! I got several of these for Christmas Presents for Bride, Grandparents and myself from my daughters wedding.

Our daughter married this year and this is a perfect ornament for their first Christmas tree as a married couple! Got a second one for our tree as well. Obvious high quality and hefty in your hand. The taupe color was perfect for a gorgeous sepia-tone camera shot. Don't hesitate to buy this.

It was processed and shipped quickly and it was made exactly how I had it on the computer. :)

We ordered our ornament thinking it would be cute from afar but didn't have high hope for it close up. We were so overly excited when we opened the package! The picture is HD and it is so beautiful. I will be ordering more things from here very soon!!

I bought this for my christmas tree this years as a "our first christmas as a married couple" ornament. Its absolutely lovely. The colors are great, the ornament itself is great quality and i absolutely love the writing on the back. The only thing I would have done differently is reversing how I put in mine and my husbands names. I should have done mine first, then his, but I didn't, and now our ornament has a line across the back that says "s&m" ha ha, oh well, it makes for a good laugh.

Purchased this ornament for special friends that were married earlier this year. This ornament turned out absolutely beautiful and will make a special gift for their first Christmas as husband and wife.

It's very cute. The text is sharp & easy to read. Black color is opaque and solid. Will be a cute addition to our tree for years.

Love this product and the clean design, but did not like how the beige turned out with the design.

It's cute but the professional picture I sent came back a bit over-exposed/washed out on the ornament. For the price, it's OK. Just was looking for more quality like the advertised picture.

This turned out very cute - the photo was a little blurry. May have been the photo I used. Not sure how to determine that in the future.

This is nice quality just a little too small. Wish you could read the letters a little better. But overall nice.

Ornament arrived promptly and you can rely on the preview that it is exactly as shown and described online. Really like that after you make your personal selections that you can see your choices on the ornament. Better than in a store.

Love this! I got it for my daughter and son-in-law for their one year anniversary. Even though it's June they can hang it and look at it till they put up their Christmas tree in December. The only aspect that I didn't like is when I positioned my photo the hanger hole was not present so I didn't take that in account.

This ornament would make a great gift! The quality of the photo printed on the ornament isn't the best, it's a little dark, but it still looks good and is overall a pretty good quality!

I have ordered two sided ornaments in the past and have been very happy with them. This time, part of the groom's hair was cut off at the top due to the language used in the preview section. The site mentions shaded areas affecting photo. There was no shaded area, only small red dots around the perimeter. I thought this might be Christmas decoration or something. Nothing on the photo was "shaded." A dark black line would have been more helpful. My misunderstanding, but something to be aware of.

I am happy with my photo ornament. The picture is crisp and clear. The script is very nice. It's a little smaller than I expected but otherwise I am very happy with it.

Personalized ornament. Liked this, though I wish the photo had been a little bolder. Was really good for the price though. Really cute momento.

I recently ordered a bunch of ornaments, and the photo on one of them was a little blurry. I emailed PersonalizationMall to alert them of the problem, attached a photo of the ornmanet, and asked if anything could be done about the situation. They quickly responded and told me they would replace the ornament at no charge. The replacement ornament has since arrived and looks great. In this day and age or poor customer service, it is nice to see a company that still values its customers.

Loved this personalized ornament as a Christmas gift for my newlywed brother and SIL. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the original ornament I received was chipped! Customer service was great though and overnighted (after production) me a new one at no additional charge. It arrived a few days after Xmas so I had to wrap the original ornament and explain to the recipients a new one was coming! They absolutely loved it!

Overall the ornament was okay. The picture on the front was not the quality that we had hoped it to be. Wasn't clear as we thought it would be. Wish the date of the event would've been a bit bigger and not so, almost hidden, in the rest of the writing. But it will do. Will pry use your site again.

Gorgeous but I wish the picture upload showed where the string was going to be, it was partly in the persons head...

Purchased as a keepsake for my new daughter-n-law. I went with the black back thinking it would show off the lettering more. So wrong. Lettering was mostly dark gray instead of white.

I was disappointed that the picture was a little blurry. When I displayed it prior to submitting the order it looked good.

The glaze that goes over the photo and words makes everything fuzzy. I was a bit disappointed giving this as a gift, when the words and dates were fuzzy and kind of hard to read. The picture on the reverse side was the same way. Still a cute ornament and great idea for my friends who just got married, but not the quality I expected.
