I was unhappy with the first item I received. The color variation in the wood was so extreme that the center phrase was unreadable. After sending a picture, customer service promptly sent me a replacement, which I received today. The replacement item is perfect and I love the little velvet pouch. Can't wait to give this to my daughter!
