I most like that we could customize this item;my children chose grandparent names other than "grandma & grandpa" so hard to find personalized gifts for them ... especially ornaments & it's an annual tradition for us - so it was nice to find variety with this. It's lightweight, nice looking; I would've liked the option to have a year on backside but that's ok - we did it ourselves w/a wood burning tool. Only tip: use the preview tool & play around w/name order to find what looks best.

I got this ornament with all of the Grandkids on it for my mom and dad and one for my sister who had a blended family. They all absolutely loved it when they opened it!! Great quality at a great price for something personalized!
