The wood is thick and not flimsy and the lettering is very clear. I would order this one again.

These ornaments were personalized and delivered within a week. They can in individual velvet bags for storage but I was surprised that the string to hang them was silver.

Once again I was not disappointed with this family ornament. Being able to divide it up into eight names gave me the ability to tap into our entire immediate family (and fur babies), ensuring no loved ones were left out. Along with the personalization came the beautiful woodwork and the feel.

The only thing I want to caution future buyers on is that the ornament does not come with a string, wire or rope to hang the ornament with. While this is a small issue in the grand scale of this product being amazing, it can be a bit tough if you do not have something readily available to hang it with.

Very nice ornament. Larger than expected and very sturdy - will last a lifetime.

All I can say is "wow" I was a little worried because it was actual wood but was sooooo impressed with the craftsmanship. I could even still smell the wood from being cut and personalized. It is beautiful!
