Perfect size, the etched names came out amazing, overall beautiful wood ornament. I got all our daughters one with the names of their family members and got my brother, my sister, and myself one with our names. They turned out more impressive than in the photos on this site. Love them! Family members who have opened them have loved them as well. My brother was so taken by the message and quality work that he called me as soon as he opened it. Arrives in a nice soft pouch as well.

Our family has already but this ornament on our tree. It is exactly what we ordered. It is light weight enough not to be impractical yet well styled as to look like a piece of solid oak. The order came to our exact specifications and is very handsome. I plan to order more.

The personalized, family ornament looks very nice. The reasonable cost made it easy for me to buy as a gift for each of my siblings.

This is really cute. We have four family members so we wrote the year in the last puzzle space. The ornament is well made, completely representative of the picture online and it's nice and light. Some years our tree can handle a heavy ornament but some trees cannot! For this reason I wouldn't put it in the "super sturdy" category but I think that's fine for ornaments - you know which go at the top of the tree and which can go at the bottom when you have kids!

This product was personalized with 6 names and they were perfect. The wood was a good wood, not flimsy. I would recommend for ornament exchanges. The wood does have a strong odor, but I hope it goes away after a bit.

I created this ornament for my 4 sisters and kept one for myself. We are 5 sisters who continously pray for our family so I customized the ornament to say "prayer warriors". I cannot wait to hear their comments on this gift! It was beautifully done and it came in a cute little personalization velvet small gift pouch. I am very satisfied. This turned out really well for my two daughters' families. My only complaint (and I could have changed it in review) is that the number one position is on the left instead of on top. I noticed this before I okayed the order, but decided to go ahead. I might buy more of these for my other kids.

We're an "autism" family so this suits our tree & family just perfect!

I was pleasantly surprised that this ornament looked even better when I received it.

I got 2 of these personalized heart ornaments (one for our house and one for my daughter-in-law's parents house). All 8 of uf us (my son ,my daughter-in-law, both her parents, my 11-year old granddaughter, my 6-year old granddaughter, my 3-year old grandson and myself) LOVE them so much and will enjoy them for many Christmas to come.

I was very pleased with how this turned out. My only issue would be the size font could be the same for all the names. The smaller font makes it look like that person is not as important as the rest. Still very nice.

These are very well made and perfect for me. I would purchase them again.
