These ornaments are exactly what I wanted! Sturdy but lightweight and the symbolism for family is meaningful.

I had ordered 1 of these earlier and really like it, so I ordered 6 more. 4 out of the 6 came in with red dye from the pouch on them. I called customer service, sent them a picture and within an hour or so had a reply that they would replace them at no charge. Great customer service. I really appreciate the fast response.

I am thrilled with the personalized heart ornament. I was particularly impressed that I could choose where to place each name, and that I could put some names (the parents!) all in caps. Can't wait to see my family members' faces when they open it up!

when ordering was not sure how nice it would be. I bought it because my son married into a family with 2 children and then they had two together. This ornament was perfect. All others that I saw you had to print last name and that just would not work. I would recommend this to anyone. Nicer than in the picture
