Good quality, completed just
as ordered. Appears to have been stained and is slightly darker than I like but item is perfect for gifting.

I bought one for three of my children with all their first and middle names. It turned out beautiful! Now my grandkids can learn their middle names and their siblings full name.

I purchased this to use as a gift tag on Valentines treats for a neighbor. I figure they can use it now and then either leave it out or put it away with their tree ornaments.It arrived quickly and the wording is accurate.

I would have given it 5 stars if the font on all the names was the same size. The print adjusted to the size of the puzzle piece which made some of them appear bolder. I tried swapping the 6 names around which helped, but I ultimately added the year so there would be a 7th shape.

I was so pleased with this ornament. It was exactly what I wanted. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the wood it’s self is not as thick as I thought it would be, but I LOVE it.

This was also a Christmas gift. It was nice but not what I had pictured. Overall it serves its purpose and I am happy with this purchase.

It's a nice ornament, but I ordered the ornament in the whitewash color. Upon opening the package, it did not seem to be whitewash at all. The ornament came in its natural tone. I wish I got what I ordered. Buy at your own risk.

I chose this product to include the newest member of our family- my daughter-in-law, to let her know she was not only accepted into our family- but very loved by all of us! I was disappointed when I received it and discovered the wood was a very thin paneling- type of material with a lighter shade of ink than shown - and not worthy of being the heirloom piece I had hoped for.

This is very nice and exact exactly as pictured - seems to be good quality though extremely light. Only giving 4 stars because it is very small I’m sure it’s my fault for not confirming the dimensions but just noting in case it helps future buyers.

This is a pretty ornament but I do wish the brown was a little darker to make it pop more, like the picture. It does not look this dark.

Like them and will give them for my family’s trees but I really wish they were thicker wood.

The order came in a timely manner, in time for Christmas, all 8 names were spelled correctly, and it came with a nice little bag. Overall satisfied with my purchase, I think it came out quite well.

Really loved it, the only thing is the "together we make a family" was not on both sides like the names were.

Ornament was great. I just did not realize it did not have 2020 on it. It is wooden; but overall pleased

We like it. Nicely made. Seems a little lighter and thinner than I had hoped but still looks good and done well.

Everything looked good however there was a dark spot, seemed like ink. Aside from that I was happy with this item

I Really liked this item. Perfect for my parents Christmas tradition of new family ornaments each year.
I had 2 duplicates names on mine (yes, they have 2 grandsons with the Same first name), that I placed next to each other on Purpose, only the Font Size of each name ended up being noticeably different.
It took me several tries to get it to look right since ordering directions Don't tell you where placement will be until After u type in all the names.
WILL be ordering more for others, though!

It is smaller than i thought it would be, but still very well made and very cute.

This is pretty cool, I would next time get the back done as well. It would look a lot nicer if I had done that..

Out of all the recent ornaments I ordered, this is the one that I like the least. However I still give it four stars. The only thing I was a little disappointed about, was the coloring of the wood. I thought it would be a darker red, and the color more uniform. There seems to be some slight darkening areas around the edges. It might be due to the natural grain of the wood. But as usual, everything else about it was perfect. It arrived very quickly, perfectly packaged!

The front of the ornament is perfect!

I am very disappointed the back of the ornament is unfinished.
I guess I assumed since it's an ornament it would be nice on the backside too.

I ordered them to give as gifts so I will have to try and fix this issue myself.

Nice but the personalization is too light colored to view.

I ordered 2 of these hearts. One was perfect. The other was still tacky from the stain and was a bit warped.

These two sided ornaments are just great. Since they're heart shaped, I ordered one for each of our grown children's family for valentines Day. I gave four stars instead of 5 because they're smaller than I anticipated. But they're still exceptionally nice.

My Grandma is big in stuff that have our names all over the place. The ornament was well crafted. It looks just like the picture and send well wrap

loved everything except the middle is hard to see

This seems sturdy and great for those who love family and ornaments. It did have a few parts that weren't quite evenly finished. It doesn't ruin the fact that it's cute.

I purchased this as a last gift from the "Elf on the shelf", before Santa came. The ornament itself was beautiful and placed in a classy looking bag, which made the moment more special. Only reason I took away one star was because I requested a personal gift note, and the spacing was weird and way off on the note. I don't think the kids minded, but it was supposed to be a note from the "elves", so I hoped for it to look more professional. However, would highly recommend!! Thank you!

I’ve given this as a gift the last couple of years and even have one for myself. You can’t go wrong purchasing this ornament.

I bought 3 of these ornaments for my family. Two of the 3 were very nicely done, but the third one had some discoloration which is why I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars. I love that this ornament includes everyone in the family for a personal touch on the tree. Because of the rustic look of the wooden ornament, the discoloration is acceptable. Both sides of the ornament are etched with the family names which is also nice, and it is dated with the year on one side.

Only thing I didn't like is that the personalazation on the gift box was covered by the product information sticker. Ornament itself was great.
