Very pretty but the ornament is not as bright in person. Looks more rustic. However I still like it.

It turned out nice, readable was hoping it looked more like the white washed look online. It is not white at all just lighter wood. ??

I really like the ornament. It seems to be made well and of good quality material. (not flimsy or thin) The reason for 4 stars is due to being smaller than I anticipated. I should have read the dimensions. The picture looks larger than what the ornament is 'in person.'

I love the personalization on the ornament. My only issue is the middle heart is engraved only on one side, the names are engraved on both sides.

The item shipped very quickly and received in good condition. The item was as described and I love it. It was purchased as a gift and I am sure they will love it too.

This ornament is lovely. Workmanship is perfect. My only complaint is the smell of the ornament, which is the same as all your wood ornaments. Any chance the type of wood could be changed?

I only had three names printed on here and even with the extra room the print didn't look lost on the ornament. Good purchase.

They ornaments look good. I gave a 4 stars because I would like to see the option of having the year on the back of the ornament. It comes in a very nice bag with additional ribbon for hanging.

The ornament was very cute. I wish the names were centered better or we had more control over where they were placed, but overall I am very happy with it!

The ornament is very nice. I gave it a four because the red stain is blotched all around the edges on the front of the ornament. Someone needed to take a bit more time to make this look nice, especially for the price I paid. It would have been a nice gift except for the paint job.

This is very nice however it was thinner than expected.

I loved the ornament but they had to redo as I was told one thing and received something different. The company quickly sent the corrected one but I will have to date the back myself.

Just received the puzzle heart as a gift for a dear friend, very pleased. Everything is correct. I only wish it had a lacquer over it.. not sure if it will always stay this nice since it’s wood.

I am happy overall, I just wish the wood was better quality. I purchased 2, 1 is a gift. The details are beautiful the piece just looks like it would break if it got dropped.

Love my ornaments, only thing I'm not completely happy with is the writing in the middle is not great, you can barely read it, not dark enough.

This ornament in wood was just the right size to include all the family names. It is very light weight. Purist in design, maybe so you can decorate it on your terms.

High quality,loved the string pouch for each. Thought it would be thicker,kind of fragile,thin. Should mention thickness in description,maybe I missed it. Loved the raised lettering in the center. Reasonable price. Good job!

Super cute and exactly as ordered. Got here quickly and looks incredible.
Smaller than I was anticipating, but it is shown as an ornament so that might have been my own confusion or not reading the specs clearly.
