Absolutely LOVE the personalization .. Was hoping it was a little bigger but I should have paid closer attention to the description & size bedore ordering.. Overall I highly recommend .. Already having people ask me where I bought it so they can get one too :)

This is a fun unique way to include all family members by showing each piece is important in the completion of the heart ?? I wish it was a little heavier, but it will be easy to hang. Great quality and easy to read.

It is very pretty. I love how customizable it is. I wish I could have changed the center message. It is very lightweight.

So I actually bought this ornament 2 years ago, but we recently had another baby, so I ordered a new one that includes her name. I compared the two and the one I just recently got is thinner than our old one. It's also lighter in weight. It feels a lot cheaper than the old one, but it still looks great. The color of the wood is also slightly different than the old one, but that doesn't bother me. I absolutely love the wood smell!! You can tell it's freshly engraved and smells like a bonfire.

Smaller than i thought but it's still a really great decoration for christmas.

This is a great Christmas gift and adorable ornament! A few notes: the font sizes are not uniform on each piece (shorter names are larger) and this ornament with more names doesn’t have the year option for the back.

I have purchased this item before, and was glad to have another occasion to give such a gift again.

This is nice. In one of the spots I put the year instead of a name. It is well made and offers just what I want. It is just not very pretty or colorful. I would have preferred a bit of color within the heart.

Nice ornament for a family member gift. Photo is with the suggested ornament stand. A string (not ribbon) was provided. The "Together We Make a Family" in the center is difficult to read.

This is the 2nd ornament (same ornament) I have purchased. The two purchases were a year apart. The first one was perfect, this one looked great, but smells like really bad burning wood. I'm letting it air out and will spray with febreez. It's a gift so I hope the smell comes out...

I was happy with the purchase. It is very light weight (lighter and not as sturdy as I expected)...but quality is still very good and it looks exactly as pictured. I would recommend.

Just wish it came with a string to hang it. But beautifully made and was perfect for the moment.

I received this unique ornament and before I could take it out if the beautiful little pouch I noticed a horrible smell like burnt wood. It was very strong and offensive. The workmanship is surpurb however the odor takes away from it. I cleaned it with furniture polish to distract from the odor and that didn't help so I sprayed the inside of the velvet bag with perfume. It's a shame because it's a beautiful ornament. However I will still give it 4 stars. Hopefully the odor will dissipate.

I guess I didn't read the measurements and when I received it, thought it would be bigger. But I do love it and will display it in my home.

This is a wonderful Christmas Ornament it will be passed down to my Granddaughter and one day when she is decorating her tree she will remember this Christmas. Perhaps on the back you could inscribe the year. But I do love it

This product is so beautiful and special. It makes a great gift, especially for a blended family. The only thing keeping it from perfection is that it has a weird smell. I'm guessing that will wear down as the newness does.

This is exactly what I was hoping it would be!! The only issue I have with the ornament, which is a gift, is the smell. The bag it came in and the ornament itself have a very strong, ordor.

I bought this for my daughter who is blending a family this Christmas season. It has just the perfect sentiment, is lightweight enough to hang on a tree and includes everyone's name in perfect lettering.

The ornament was better than expected. Some of the text was smaller than I hoped but it was overall lovely and will be added to our collection.

I have a personalized ornament with just me and my son. I wanted to find one that I could put my SO name on as well and this one is perfect! It looks amazing and is a great addition to our tree and really does represent how we are a family.

I love the looks of the product I ordered but the smell is too much. It smells like fire. I had to air them out outside to ease it up. If that's how they make the product by firing it, then they need to figure out a way to air it out also.

A bit darker and lightweight than I expected, but otherwise a good gift.

I was very pleased with this ornament. My only critique is that it would have been nicer with a bright, red ribbon. Also, the laser imprinting leaves a strong burning odor. I would recommend letting it air out awhile before putting in the velvet bag.

All of the names are spelled correct and the design is beautiful. It is a pretty small ornament, though.

Although this was a bit light weight, the concept of the ornament was great. They were made to the specifications I had given.

The Ornament is a little smaller than what I thought it was going to be. Overall though very cute and easy to read and love the stand that goes with it.

This was a great product. The only complaint I have is the center of each ornament is really dark.

Very nice ornament which his accurately depicted in photo. Letters of longer names will be scrunched closer together than short names, but that is something that can't be helped in order to fit them on the pieces.
