It's a beautiful gift for my mother-in-law! :o)

I purchased these for my daughters and one for myself. Very nice family keepsake. My only comment is that they are a bit thinner than I was expecting but I still love them. I recommend it.

It is very thin and very light, FYI, comes across a bit cheap. Arrived on time and design is just like the picture though.
Cute gift if you package nice or hand on a wine bottle.

I was pleased with how the item looks. I wanted a tree ornament that was not breakable and that had only first names for family members. After looking at numerous web sites, this was the only place I found one. Shipping was kind of expensive,but it did come fast.

I love the design and wooden material, but some of the characters could have been spreaded out a little further on the lengthy names.

This ornament is truly adorable and well worth the money. Even though they do offer a stand for the ornament, I think they should mention that it is too heavy for most trees to actually be used as an ornament and that the stand is recommended. Mine is a gift and I will have to order the stand.

I love this, it is cute and fun. It is a gift for a family member for Christmas 2016 and I can't wait to give it to them!!

This ornament is nice. The names look great. The only critique is that I thought the ornament would be a bit thicker. It is very light-weight.

I ordered this ornament for myself and several family members. It's true to its image online. Everyone loved it. It shipped quickly and got here before the guaranteed date. The only thing I'd change is that I'd make it a little bigger in size. Overall a wonderful product.

I had this made for my Daughter and she was really tickled to get it. Perfect family ornament. Then only thing that made me give it a 4 instead of 5 star is the saying in the center heart is a little hard to read.

The family this was presented to loved it....all of their names have different spellings from the norm, so they were thrilled to get something with their names on it!!!!

Loved the ornament, and the fact that you could personalize it. The only disappointment was the fact that the yer could not be added. Also, the shipping charges were only $1 less than the items purchase price.
I thought the quality was very good, but the lack of the year being able to be added was a big minus and the shipping charges were way to expensive. Offering free shipping is a VERY big part of the decision.

I gave this to a family that have adopted children, and thought the saying "Together we make a family", was perfect for them.

Love this ornament but was a little disappointed in that it appears that there is an extra "cut" in the bottom section that makes the puzzle look like it doesn't quite match up? If ir weren't for that it would be perfect!

It's a nice design and it came out looking very good. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be but when I look at it, it's a great size for a tree ornament. If you're looking to hang it up year round on a wall or display though you might be disappointed with it's size. I however, bought it as a tree ornament so it is perfect.

Cute but I personally would only buy on sale. I feel the full price is way too expensive for the product.

I am pleased with my purchase of the puzzle ornament. It is as described, shipping was quick, and it came in a nice little pouch for safe keeping.

I really like this ornament! I was looking for something unique for my daughter and her family. My only wish is that the print of their names were a little darker. Im looking forward to seeing it on their tree,Im sure they will love it!

This ornament is beautiful, and was delivered very quickly. My only complaint is that I could not put the year on it. We buy family ornaments every year, and like to have the year printed on. Otherwise, it is great.

I showed my mom the ornament before I bought it. Most sites you can't view the item before, only their example shows. She didn't know it was possible to make something so special. She was genuinely surprised and hung it up on the mantel. Everyone asks where we got it. Just wish it was a little larger and the "together we make a family" was darker. Other than that great gift

This product came looking just like the picture. I loved it. My entire family thought it was cool. The only down side is the year wasn't on it. So if you want the year on it use one of the name spots.
