The finished product is very nice, and the wood feels solid. Engraving turned out beautiful. I only wish it had the year on it, I suppose you could put it in one of the name spots but I needed all the name spots as our friends have a large family!

This ornament is very cute. Arrived as pictured. The names are not uniform size, which kind of bothers me. But that is how it was pictured, so I knew what I was getting. I do love the puzzle piec motif, as my son has autism and puzzle pieces are a symbol for autism.

I ordered the wooden heart ordnaments (together we make a family), for my co-workers and they were very nice and my co-workers loved them. I will definately order from personalization mall again.

The ornament is so nice. Perfect gift for a family friend. I just wish it was a little bigger.

This is the perfect ornament for us this year! I couldn't wait to get it. I was a little disappointed when I opened it because I expected it to feel more solid, heavier - it made it feel a little cheaper than I expected it to; however on the other side of that, it hangs really well on the tree being so lightweight. I was just surprised by the weight I guess. It really is a nice ornament though. You could actually hang it up year-round if you wanted to.

I like the product. It was a perfect ornament for a blended family. The only thing I didn't care for was the wood is thin. I thought it would be a little thicker.

I ordered three of these hearts for family members and they all turned out well! The ornaments were a little thinner than I expected and the engraving does not penetrate very far on the wood, but they are ornaments after all!

Looks great! All the names fit and looks professional. The center engraving could be a little more defined. Sort of gets lost with all the names.

Love that you can include all family member's names in this heart puzzle ornament. A nice keepsake to treasure through the years!

This ornament is fabulous for my mother in law with her grandchildren's names! She loved it! The names are clear and easy to read and the wood is nice! The string it hangs on is just ok.

This ornament is beautifully simple yet speaks volumes. I am VERY pleased with mine. The only thing is I thought it would be slighter bigger.

We purchased this for our daughter who has remarried and has two children from before. It is a wonderful gift to show a sign of unity and all are included. Gave it a 4 because it was thinner than I anticipated. Overall I would choose it again though. Wonderful sentiment.

This ornament is definitely different from the typical "I could write the names on it myself" type of ornament. I love getting something unique every year for our tree. The quality is good and the sentiment is perfect. The only reason it did not get a 5 star rating is because the ornament puts off an odor. I think it's a product of the engraving process/wood burning and the odor has stuck around, even after being out of the velvet pouch for 2 weeks now. If you have a sensitive nose I would recommend re-thinking this particular item.

Nice ornament to place on Xmas tree. Could be a little sturdier though.

This item is well made, looks exactly like the picture, and has beautiful engraving, Ir arrived quickly. My sisters will really enjoy receiving them.

Looks good. Only problem is that thec string could have been longer.

I like the ornament, but the red had bled across the light areas. Not sure if I can give it to the family.

I purchased two of these: 1) for our family and 1) for a gift. It’s not elegant or fancy, it’s just OK. I can’t put my finger on what I didn’t like about it, as a gift. It’s very light weight, the wood looks unfinished and the placement of the names did seem to balance. But it was fine.

I have ordered from you before & was pleased ~ I went to give this to my boyfriend & he noticed that his one granddaughter Ellora Ellie was not on ornament!!! I was so embarrassed!!! I had also ordered the same one for his 2 children & her name was omitted on their ornaments also. I also had ordered an ornament for their mom & Ellora was ommitted on her ornament also?! I’ve spent a lot of money on ornaments in the last month. It showed her name on outside of pkg so I assumed it was on ornament

Disappointed

I ordered several pieces, the shape & design is great. Some of the imprinted letters were stained perfectly dark, some of the letters were not stained at all & hard to read

I thought it would be More substantial than it was! It was just a piece of something with burned lettering! I thought it would be thicker and more!!

I like the ornament and all the writing on is well done except on the back it says Merry Christmas and it just doesn’t stand out and being a Christmas ornament you would think that would.

Such a cute idea! But it's smaller than I expected and therefore it looks cheap.

When i reviewed the tree ornament before ordering i thought the writing was a little small on the one side but my phone screen is cracked so i brushed it off as being from that but when i got my ornament the names on the left side are alot smaller than the right even though the one name is only 3 its way smaller than the 5 latter names

The engraving was fine but the quality of the product was poor...
I was hoping it was more solid material.

Had to reorder, one of the names was misspelled.

My only problem with this ornament (i ordered 5) is that the quality is not consistent on all 5. On 3 of them the writing is too light and is not easily read. The other 2 are great.

Smaller than I thought it would be. The edge on the left was faded and wasn’t great quality

The "engraving" of the first names was fine but the middle is very hard to read and the product is so light, I don't know how it will hang on the tree. Bought for my granddaughters family.

No ribbon to hang it up. This is a gift for someone else how are we supposed to hang up a ornament. Without a ribbon to hang it up.
