All the kids like it. We are a blended family so they liked all or names representing one! However, the smell of the wood or oil used was overpowering. I got this to hang in our house, I couldn't because of the smell. Maybe it will dissipate soon.

I purchased the ornament for a gift. The engraved names and appearance of the ornament are nice, however, I thought it came apart like a puzzle. I was disappointed that its one piece and etched on top. It does come in a nice pouch to keep the ornament.

The quality isn't as good as everything I got in the past. This is first time I was very disappointed. I would of thought they would have a ribbon on it as well since the picture showed that.

The engraving itself is fine but I will say for the cost it seemed like rather cheap materials. I got it on sale but if I had paid the full price I honestly would have been pissed. I bought is as a small gift for someone Else but don’t know if I’d order another one considering the shipping alone was 7.00 for something so small and light.

It is nice but it is smaller than I expected. Nice and will add to our tree.

We have 20 family ornaments one for each year....this one is a thin cheap piece of wood I would not reccomend buying this ornament. It clearly wont last. It's almost like a thon cheap piece of fake wood.

It's cute for the price, but the words in the center are small and hard to read.I like the velvet bag it was wrapped in.

Wish the names were listed in the order I had written them. Otherwise cute idea.

These heart ornaments are pretty flimsy. Putting them in a nice gift bag doesn't take away from the fact that they are not good quality. Disappointed.

The quality is good, the names are correct, but the ornament is much smaller than I expected. I should have been more careful in reading the description.

This ornament looks good but I was somewhat disappointed in the quality. I have ordered other things and they have been great. This item seemed to be made of cheap wood. I thought it would be heavier and thicker than it was. I would not order this item again.

Can barely read the center about family

I ordered this as a Christmas present for a friend. I was very pleased with the look of it. It was the perfect size ornament and very neatly crafted. The only downside is that it had an awful smell to it. It smelled like smoke from a campfire. I assume it was from the engraving. I didn't have enough time to order a new one. So I tried airing it out and using pledge to clean the wood. After a day or so, it was a little better but still very noticeable. I was a little embarrassed to give this gift

I ordered 3 of these items (one for each of my girls famlies). One of them was perfect, one was very light washed so you could almost not see the writing and the 3rd had one name that was almost unreadable.

Not what I expected

Very pretty but don't know if it's worth the money. Kind of expensive.

I know it was inexpensive, but was hoping for a little better quality. Names turned out great but middle saying is difficult to read.

The items came in and were beautiful. However the smell of them is so horrible that I'm not sure I can give them out!! I've never had to air out products before!!! Hopefully it was go away before Christmas!

Item is nice but smaller and flimsy

The product is as promised, but seems a little like cheap wood - jr high project style.

The concept of the ornament was great. I was disappointed that it was not thicker. My biggest complaint was it smelled like burnt wood because of the engraving. It would be nice if there was no odor.

The personalized ornaments were perfect. Shipping time was fantastic. They forgot one of the gift boxes i paid for. Gift sets are cheap and have advertising on them. If i would have known what the gift sets consisted of i would not have ordered them.

Although this ornament is cute, I was a little disappointed! For the price when all is said and done with shipping and all, I don't feel it was worth the cost. Very thin wood.

Good quality but smaller then expected

Cute idea, for some reason it looked better in the catolog....was ok with it, so I ordered two, they did a nice job with the names, think I was just expecting more...

This ornament was much thinner than I thought it would be and felt really plastic instead of wood.

I got 3 different wood ornaments this season and out of the 3, I liked this one the least. The design makes it look kinda cheap, where as the other 2 designs (11089 and 12396) look super elegant and more expensive. So I was a bit disappointed with it.

When I received this item it was missing the cord to hang it from. I was very disappointed.

The ornament was beautiful but was disappointed as to how small it was. I was expecting something a little larger than that.

I expected a little more, the writing was not as dark as I wanted it to be, since it was made of wood I assumed it would have a better finish or a clear coat to make it look nicer.

The red dye in the center and one of the names was smudged with red dye

So it was nice but did not come the way I ordered it. I ordered a 2 sided ortiment but it only came with one side. The material is also really cheep. Its would but thin and cheep. Disapointed with purchase. I got it here on time for my mom on Christmas but it did not come the right way. So if you order just be ready to get a little different ortiment then what you wanted. Mom still loves it but I don't. Not buying any thing else from here do not recommend to either.

Names are are all ok and I love the idea, but it is not what I would call whitewashed. The left side of the heart has yellowish stains on it. Not very Christmas tree worthy.

It was not made very well. I have ordered and received 5 other ornaments and been very happy! this one is thin like paper.. I was very disappointed. not as large as it says in the description of it. Wasn't worth the money I paid, now I don't have enough money to replace it with a better quality ornament.

The product looks great on the side that is decorated. On the back side it looks sloppy, the stain is blotched on the back and messy, it isn't blank. Wish I would have paid a little more to get it two sided.

Cute BUT really overpriced and the description said it was half off. I find that hard to believe. They were hung on the Christmas tree upon receipt but the “carving” I believe was more like wood burning. You could sure SMELL the burnt wood! But as I said...CUTE

My wife open it for Christmas and it was super fragile and almost broke. Thought it would be a little tougher not so easy to bend and break

The picture is much brighter then the actual ornament is in person. I’m still giving the gift, but the excitement of giving it is gone.

I didn't like what I got, it was awfully thin and small. I just didn't like it sorry

I was definitely disappointed in the ornament. It was much much smaller than pictured and the wood is very thin, very cute but for the prices charged the quality does not match.
