The ornament is nice looking. I bought 13 of these for gifts, but I'm afraid to give out. They smell awful!!! If it smelled like a campfire (as some reviews said) it would be better, but these have a toxic chemical odor. I've aired them out for 2 days so far and no change. I may have just wasted a ton of money if I can't get the smell to leave.

I ordered 4 of these ornaments. Two of them came out beautiful and the other two were too light to read well. I asked to have them redone but was told that due to the nature of the wood, they couldn't guarantee that they would come out any better.

I love this for a gift, but was disappointed with the actual size of the ornament and the names were not dark enough in contrast to the wood.

Disappointed on the engraving. Should have been darker to see the names better. This was a gift to my son’s family since they are having a new baby. Won’t order from here again.

I was eager to receive this ornament to present to my daughter particularly due to the newest addition to our family, my 5-month old granddaughter! However, when it arrived I was so disappointed. While the dimensions were as depicted in the online photo, I was dismayed to see it was otherwise a thin, cheap piece of wood...maybe plywood (?)! Also, one name had an extra space in the middle. I'd be embarrassed to give it to anybody.

I had to throw this away it had such a funny smell. It looked cute but I could not stand the smell . I ordered 2 of them and they both smelled toxic.

The ornament appears to be much thicker and larger online. When we received it it was very light weight and small. We thought we were getting something totally different. The personalization is nice but the ornament appears cheap.

Much smaller than I thought. Disappointed.

A nice item, though not quite as nice as I'd anticipated for the price as it's more cheaply made than it appears. It's ok but worth perhaps only 7 or 8 dollars.

I was a little disappointed with this product. There is little contrast in the background with the heart and the words are hard to read. Otherwise, it is pretty cute. I just wish I could stain it myself somehow ... but not that crafty!

The ornaments are beautiful, however, the smell from the engraving is so strong. I'm hoping that as time goes on it will dissipate. Not sue I want to send these as gifts. Luckily I have time.

This was a Christmas gift to all my friends and for me... its not what I though I was ordaring and it looks cheap it was like 48$.. I'm not a happy client..

Second year in a row an ornament hasn’t been correctly made. So disappointed!

The outside line was crooked the stain was smeared onto the face of the ornament.

After ordering I received a confirmation of the names I put on my personalized ornament. Everything seemed like it was going to go smoothly... Then my friend received the 2020 toilet paper roll saying Merry Christmas Ashley! It was completely wrong! I think my friend received one of the ornaments that is displayed on their website! I will post a new review if and when the company corrects what happened.

How can I review something that I haven’t received? I ordered it November 28th, it is now December 10th and I don’t have my item. The tracking has not changed for a week. Will never use this company again!!

I love this item and it was well made

The names etched in the wood were faded, and nearly unreadable. The saying in the middle (Together We Make A Family) was so faded and small it was completely unreadable. I had to return to the website just to see what it was supposed to say. Won't purchase again.

This is not solid it is very flimsy and doesn't mail well... It also chips easily.

The center is hard to read and the ornament smells.
