Excellent customer service! By Shopper (Louisville, KY) - December 19, 2019 I ordered this ornament for my daughter and her family. We received it in a timely manner but one side was not engraved. I’ll say that it wasn’t the easiest to get in touch with Customer Service because of the volume of calls but when I did the representative apologized for the error and said they would make it right. Well they absolutely did. I received the new ornament in the mail 2-3 days after our conversation. It is perfect and I love it. I’m also impressed with the service I received.
