Love it I actually bought two of these (one for myself and one for my mom). I love that you can instantly preview the item to see exactly what it will look like before you purchase it ! Because it’s a personalized item, I was a little worried about delivery time, but it arrived in about a week. Overall, I’m very happy with my item and the company. In fact, I placed another order after receiving my ornaments.

Beautiful and good customer service I ordered 4 of these wooden ornaments. The wood is delicate, so one of the ornaments broke in shipping. The bottom broke off. They sent a replacement right away. I have as yet to receive it. But the ornament itself is beautiful. Will just have to be careful when packing away.
