I received my ornament on 12/21 and it would have been perfect except it was broken in half. I called right away the women that answered could not have been more kind! She told me she would have me another one before Christmas and extended her apologies several times. The new oranament showed up on my door step Christmas Eve! The oranament is perfect and I will defentily be using and recommending this company again and again!!!

We got this ornament to remember a pet that was very, very special to us. I was worried that it wouldn't live up to our expectations, or our love for Scooter, but it really did. I ordered an ornament years ago with my dog's picture and it is one of my favorite ornaments that I have ever ordered from Personalization Mall. A kitten joined our family last year and now since he is more grown I ordered an ornament with his picture. I was looking forward to getting it and when it came in the mailbox I opened it in a hurry to see what it looked liked. I was disappointed immediately. It wasn't even my ornament. The process to get the correct ornament went smooth and I received my ornament the other day with my cat's picture. The dog and cat ornaments are next to each other on the tree. I love it.

Ordered this ornament in memory of my dog (baby boy,Jawz). I chose my favorite Christmas photo of him and had a few lines of the song I used to sing to him on the back. Love, love, love it!!!!
